A significant enough portion of our boarder patrol are getting bribed by the cartels to let mules in with hauls of contraband. Mexican food is fucking SUPER simple to make yourself and you should switch to whiskey and stout anyway

Secrets to Mexican food:
red chili powder
cumin
oregano
cilantro
overcooked shitty steaks
pinto beans
onions
bacon
rice
Knorr chicken-tomato boullion
colby cheese
fresh jalapenos
fresh serrano chiles
tomatoes
salt
storebought tortillas (none of them make their own anyway, Trader Joe's tortillas are better than the ones in most Mexican food restaurants).

You can make almost every Mexican food dish with those basic ingredients. The only thing you can't make is chile rellenos and tamales and those are labor-intensive and messy but still pretty fucking easy.

BTW most Mexicans cook everything with the flame on high and don't take it off the stove until it's almost ash so if you actually understand how heat works you can make better food than Mexicans. Remember, if a brown person can make it, a white person can make it even better.
