Schoolfags

anyone else doing finals right now, how's things going?

i've got some papers left to write. procrastination is real.

I have mine in less than 2 weeks, I'm shit at algebra, and this test determines whether I'll finish school in 3 months or 7 months.

I got 3 B's and 1 A.

Practice doing problems from your class notes. Also know how to do word problems because they put a lot of word problems on tests.

Naw dog I graduated last spring.

Just finished finals at my uni. Pissed off at the grades I got (basically all B's), but at least I'm done with lower divs.

Trying to figure out why one of my classes isnt transferring. Is a pain in the ass.

It's brutal.

No pressure or anything. Are you in linear algebra (like a systems of equations class) or what? What grade do you need to get on the final?

Noice, what year are you?

That sucks. School is dope.

Bs are frustrating.

Are you transferring as an undergrad? I've been there it's a bitch. Where or what type of schools from/to?

It's going shit. I suck ass at calculus. I'm really tempted to just step back and learn a trade or some shit.

No, they just call it algebra 2. I need at least a C.

I had sort of a tough time when I took calc I. I hadn't taken math courses in a few years because I didn't think I wanted to do it then decided it'd be a good idea later on.

Is it your first calc class? Do you feel like you've fallen behind on some concepts? I spent a few days watching khan's videos before my final exam (because it's easier to get the motivation to do something so passive) and think it helped immensely.

I don't know what your exam will be like but it's really good to review your toolkit and then go through systematically to make sure you know how to manipulate everything. Then even if you can't finish the complicated proofs from memory you've got a place to start.

maka is a boring character with equally boring facial expressions
Saying that I learn things on my own through the internet. I'm also studying a book called "abnormal psychology" by Robert E. Emery and Thomas F. Oltmanns. This is my second time reading this book and I'm taking notes along the way.

How old are you faggots anyway?

That's sort of brutal for just passing a class.

Did you finish the series and/or read the manga?

23

hey guys,im in the fifth grade and im curious what finals will be like

must be hard X3

how the fuck are you still in high school?

He's probably in college.

What gave you that impression? I'm an undergrad.

(Checked)
Then who are you?

the fact that the thread name is 'schoolfag' and not 'collegefag' you illiterate nigger

...

There are (were) 3 people that I think you're confusing. Opiatefag (who sometimes posted my waifu to get my attention but currently mia), waropiate and myself (who doesn't use a trip or name).

Are you having a stroke? It's a broader term that includes college.

Why am I still here?

I am not having a stroke. I am listening to this excellent piece of music and imagining how the caravan of death could be applied today.

What are you studying user?

Honestly I think the average age on this board is probably mid-20s. I'm surprised by how many responses there were.

Mostly economics, with the usual math and environmental studies where it fits in.

That sounds pretty good- what's your train of thought? Have a scenario in mind?

i want pedo threads back, everything else is actually so awful

Pedo threads were garbage though.
But nice try, pedo scum.

child porn is not allowed here m8

Ah keynsianism. It's sad that that's the only school of economics being taught anywhere anymore.

What do you mean by train of thought? My ideology? Philosophy? Or how I would implement helicopters to silence dissidents?

Ask away I just had finals yesterday and am bored as fuck

nobody gives a fuck fam

I usually hid the pedo threads. But they definitely kept the normies out.

I don't know. It's definitely dominant but I've bounced around schools a bit. I've had professors that were pretty outright marxists and some libertarians. Most mainstream micro/macro theory is pretty firmly grounded in neoclassical/liberal thought.
I was thinking about implementing helicoptors but whatever you were thinking of. What's your major/what courses did you finish?

Well I'm in law. I'm hoping to get into corporate law but state administrative law is also not bad. Law isn't an oversaturated field in my developing country yet.

Holla Forums is sort of my mental exercise ground, I get to look at all the issues and ideas being spouted in the west since my country is relatively stable and conservative, but stuff like gays and gommunism are being talked about more and more. Really worrying, since I look at all the stuff here and see that the slippery slope is 90% true.

Well I'd dissolve the bodies of my opponents in vats of acid, then have the bones ground up by a machine, then have the ashes scattered over the sea on a helicopter. I'm not planning on committing mass genocide, just a political clean-up in this theoretical(?) secenario.

How does law school work in your country? Do you get an undergraduate degree then go to a 2-year graduate program?

I'm sure you are already but you should really take it with a grain of salt. Most of the people who complain about gays complain about nutty people they read about on the internet, not anything that happens to them in real life.

Like people on here would have you believe that if you say the sky is blue then someone will put a dick-cage on you. I've gone to some of the most leftist colleges on the east coast and I think I've had two people ask me to use different pronouns. And they did it when they had a chance to do it one-on-one and were nice about it.

I can't say anything comforting about communists though.

I like what I'm reading but honestly helicopters seem excessive to scatter ashes.

I'm WarOpIATE. Never claimed to be 0PIATEFag. I'm another opiophile who started tripfagging a couple months ago. Just a young professional from the Midwest.

It's a four-year degree. If you're not done in five years you're expelled.

My country has outlawed the communist party in the 60's, we even had our own, much worse, version of the caravan of death. But there's been rumblings in the universities lately about communist resurgence.

My friend who goes to another uni was offered to join a 'student group'. It wasn't really to hard to see their endgame when I saw the red-and-yellow color scheme of their group. It's like red white and black for the left.

I know, a general throwing in a river is enough, but I don't want some river being called 'the river of ashes' or stuff like that.

Plus it's pretty hard to build and visit a memorial in the middle of the sea.

Is that all?

You're not in the former soviet block are you?

I'm definitely not a fan of communism but I have to think that making it illegal draws a lot of teenagers/college students to it. Makes it seem more exciting. You think you could get clearance from the government to go under-cover and fuck up some commies from the inside?

I see, you were a step ahead of me. Can't let communists be martyrs or you'll never hear the end of it.

No I'm not from the former Soviet Union or eastern bloc. The movements aren't militant, they're that sickening variety where middle-class kids who never so much shoveled a handfull of dirt whine about fascists and class.

That's the worst kind.

Yeah I know. Through a series of unexpected events I've went to school both with the very rich and the working class.

People with coddled lives always pick some pet cause they don't care about to make them feel some type of moral superiority. Some faggot I knew who is in the US attending uni right now keeps posting stuff about black life matters and why America shouldn't turn away refugees AND HE ISN'T EVEN FUCKING AMERICAN. He never posts anything about any problems in my country though. Fuck him.

I knew a lot of these types, and I despise them.

Schools been out for a week, faggots. Get fucked. Like I will when final grades are posted.

I've actually been thinking about this a but lately and I think there's definitely a correlation between your parents money and being a sjw. But it also has a lot to do with their profession (and personal outlook obviously) regardless of income. Like people's whose parents are lawyers, engineers, scientists, finance folks, whatever seem to be more blue-pilled than the offspring of some sort of managers and people who own their own businesses. Might have to do with the former being insulated while the latter still interact with minorities and poor people to some extent.

Sounds like your acquaintance was exposed to outspoken sjws and got caught up in it. That sucks.

Maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised (or just forget about it).

I don't know for sure but he's definitely hanging around liberal circles.

Anyway you're right. Insulation from reality is the worst thing for anyone. I mean if you're rich, any country is a first world country. I've yet to know someone who came out as openly gay/bi/attack helicopter though. Thankfully it isn't at that stage yet

Heh. What country (or part of the world)?

Southeast asia.

Heh. I've never been but I've seen students from that part of the world be a bit miffed by sjws when the first come to the US. I think they expect people with bleeding hearts to be more focused on real problems. I haven't known any that have full-on converted, but most just learned to live with it.

I just finished my linear algebra final. All the other exams were midterms and I kind of forgot this was cumulative so there were some things from the beginning of the semester I forgot to look at. I thought it went ok though.

finals ended weeks ago for non underageb&

Depends on the school I guess. Not places with a j-term.

its shit. My masters thesis subject got omitted and no1 formally approved it, my term for passing it got moved over 3 months further, i had to change my methods to longer and less user-friendly, so epondendts r gonna be reluctant and wont do it, i might change the topic a bit anyway and i still have regular classes to pass

What're you getting a masters in? What does your thesis involve?

psychology and hypocrisy

2nd Last Semester doing EE
KMS soon

You're not a girl, are you?

u r 1 of those idiots who think psychology isnt science or that is money grabbing?

I would imagine that for psychology your thesis is a big component of what you present to people for jobs after you're done with grad school. Do you feel like the time you're putting into it will make it better or is it a lateral move?

I've got one semester to go as well. Made it a little easier to get through the end of this term. Is that electrical engineering?

my education system has me granted a paper that i can work as a psychology, but im also expected to take another 10 years to specialize myself and have actual credentials.
My thesis would be sth employers would ask me about to pretend they care.
