Buy one of those tiny square spy cams. If you are putting it in the bathroom, don't put it somewhere she would look at while she's in there. Same goes for the bedroom. It would probably be best if you modified a household object to have the camera in it but not not be able to tell that it is in there unless she took the effort to actually try and find it.
