I used UXthemepatcher. You will have to go and see which version of w10 you have, get a specific version, then install it, fix a registry. Then after you appply the theme and restart your account will temporarily glitch and after a second or third restart it will work.

For complete beginners, you have either Ubuntu (or a flavor like Kubuntu or Lubuntu, even Xubuntu) or Linux Mint. If you're going to download LM, make sure you use the torrent.

Past that, though, when you get familiar with cli, it's recommended you move on to a way better distro.
