Clinton also wants to let in hundreds of thousands of Syrian refugees.

In addition, he has talked about letting states make their own laws on issues like marijuana, which may not be a huge step, but given how much Clinton supports a federal, one-size-fits-all system, it's a difference.

Finally, Trump has indicated he would favor a deescalation of the stand-off with Russia, and given how close it's coming to an all out war, that would be an extremely good thing.

It's not going to change that much really, and I agree a lot, if not most, of what they say is for show, but even these differences are larger than anything that's been presented to Americans since the 1980s.
