ITT: Smart Characters who did really stupid things for no reason.

I have no idea what's the point of this character.

...

...

That plane scene was all part of his master plan.

...

Who would shoot a man before throwing him off a plane?

It's an understatement as to how stupid Roose was

Roose Bolton's first mistake was betraying DA KING IN DA NORF!

...

He didn't have a choice, needed cheap help.
And dusting a feather Indian would've been way worse. Drunks are no help at all.

They aren't drunk all the time. When they work they can stay sober and pull through in a punch. What does it matter if they want to spend their off time from jobs at home piss drunk shitposting on the internet. Christ it's not like you are any better, faggot.

...

It's the stupidity of the writers, same reason the Sand Snakes can take over Dorne.

Go back to your reservation.
Not this land red man.

I didn't mean to imply that feather Indians are trustworthy relative to dots, just that dot injuns aren't to be trusted

I can see you're triggered, is it because you live next to a designated shitting street or because you got fired for being intoxicated at your casino job?

you could apply that to almost every character on that show.

This. Apparently D&D think that killing the lord/ruler makes you the lord, like in a videogame.

We literally see threeof the most important leaders on the continent murdered in one ep, and the only one that makes sense is the one based on the book where the murder was done in secret and can be blamed on an accident. The others just have the loyal bannermen/royal guards just stand by like statues as if they realise how retarded the scenes are.

back you go

I like Balon's murder better in the books, where it was ambiguous as to whether or not Euron actually killed him.

This is why I prefer to think that Death Note just ends when L died and Light just wins. It makes more sense that way.

am I wrong for liking the movie ending to Deth Note more than I liked the animu ending?

There was a little fan chapter that came out when the series ended. Light wakes up in Hell and is forced to live through each one of the murders he commited. After a couple of them he looks up at Ryuk and asks him a bunch of questions about the Shinigami King before declaring that he would take him note and rule hell. Ryuk laughs and they walk off into a new adventure.

also, every other character in GoT

it's like they're not capable of having characters suffer in a way that's not completely retarded

...

That sounds very cringy. Not even for the obvious reasons. Up until the end Light has never regretted anything he has done, so the ebin reflection would be void of reason. Still sounds better than the animu ending tbh

He doesn't regret anything. It literally takes a couple of deaths for him to figure out that he is going to die for every person he kills. Then he asks Ryuk about what is going on, finds out that the King of the Shimigami's notebook is the only one that can kill a person repeatedly, laughs and decides he is going to find the king of the shimigami and try to manipulate him or failing that kill him and take his book. Ryuk laughs his ass off and they step off to find a way. There is no regret or reflection. Just Light gathering the data he needs in order to turn the situation in his favor like he always did and Ryuk tagging along because it should prove interesting.

Can't cuck the Chuck.

Except he rused the pakinigger in the end and proved himself to be the Ubermensch

They need it to be definitive because a TV audience would be speculating to the end of the series what happened and be unsatisfied with no answer.

All the plebs on places like reddit analyze every detail and create some deep meaning from literally nothing. Unscrupulous Jews exploit them with stuff like Lost and Force Awakens.

Literally to be swedenyes. They put him in the show for gaysex.
