What do you guys think of the NRA ?

what do you guys think of the NRA ?

Represents gun manufacturers and distributors, not gun owners. Shitty organization.

They only exist to funnel money from gun porky to the RNC under the guise of the ((((((second amendment)))))).
Also they supported banning bump stocks, which is fucking stupid.

Hasn't lifted a finger to repeal 922r, as that would cause US manufacturers to actually have to compete on muh free market with foreign firearms manufacturers, and hasn't lifted a finger to repeal the NFA, as that would make all of their wealthy donor's NFA "investments" worthless.

Basically this

We will hang capitalists with the rope they sell us.

necessary
you cant have a revolution if government just takes away the weapons for it

The NRA demonstrate the utility of extremism. They are able to hold the line and prevent further gun regulations because of the way they frame the gun debate.

Instead of the gun debate being:

It's a shit organization made to serve manufacturer porkies

This and exactly this. Join the Socialist Rifle Association and spread the word.

Do you think that you have to own legal gun to make revolution? If so, maybe you should ask permission from government first

The rank and file are of fudds that are fine with gun restrictions, so long as they don't touch their hunnin' rahfullz and shawltgunz. The organization itself only cares about the American gun manufacturers, and are totally fine with restricting foreign gun companies.

sort of a case of "the enemy of my enemy is my friend". I hold them on a shaky sort of regard. They happen to be fighting for gun rights in some manner, perhaps not optimally. But nevertheless they are a force at least helping us not to become a completely cucked workforce, so for that they deserve some credit. Any praise for them is given with a grain of salt

Essentially a porky gun lobby, that cares only about boosting the profits of gun manufacturers, and propagandizing midwestern white fudds into voting republican (also to longterm boost weapon manufacturers profits)

not based

they tend to be massively spooked retards, but the second amendment is literally the best amendment. whenever I see "revolutionaries" trying to make it so that private citizens can't own rifles my eyes roll so hard I can see the inside of my skull.

Can american dogs explain to me how the second emendment is good? Like, how gun restriction ever stop anyone from getting a gun. I own one and I just discovered that my country is pretty liberal and it's pretty easy to get a gun. You know why? Because the idea of buying a gun legally never even passed in my brain. I don't want the state ecc to know that I own a gun. Buy on the fucking black market. The only downside is that the gun is dirty as fuck. Just erase the fucking serial number.

Spooked overcompensating wimps who are slaves to corporate branding & have never done anything useful with their guns.

it 'guarantees' (as much as is realistically possible in any state) the right to own firearms
the types of guns most popular and desired (an ar-15 for example) are not easy to obtain illegally. guns in america are more controlled than people understand, and there isn't really a lot of illicit rifles floating around and in reach of the average person. so it's just easier, cheaper and safer to buy one legally from a store
most guns don't have to be registered with the state, so generally they won't know you're armed
most criminals in america do obtain their guns (overwhelmingly handguns) illegally, in order to get around the regulations and background checks

I don't understand what you're trying to say. Are you saying that the right to purchase and own firearms without risk of the government kidnapping you and locking you in a cage isn't useful because one could purchase black market firearms and run the risk of the government kidnapping you and locking you in a cage?

Are you false flagging, or are you serious?

I'm serious. They are gonna get you when the moment comes if they know you have a gun

You don't register guns in the US, and your LGS is the only one who is supposed to have a copy of your 4473. I'll risk having to fight back during some theoretical mass-confiscation versus getting my asspussy blown out in prison because I violated 922k.

Then it's different for the us. Also how could you get an Automatic weapon? Are they legal in the US?

Most places no.

Depends on your state. If they're legal in your state, and none of the following applies to you:

Then you get to try your luck with the NFA process, and potentially spend tens of thousands of dollars, since you can only purchase machine guns that were added to the registry which closed in 1986 unless you want to become a dealer.
