The funny thing is that even though Trump is famous for his ego, he wouldn't have written a book blaming Ted Cruz if he lost. This is in spite of the fact that Cruz didn't endorse him at the convention.

Yet Clinton colluded with the DNC to win the primary and still found a way to blame Sanders. Didn't matter that he campaigned with her, or didn't fight on personal attacks even passing on the email issue. He did "lasting damage" by having policies different from hers.
