I am actually pretty amazed how big moldavite has gotten. It is essentially just silicon and aluminum oxide from the rocks that were melted in the impact that created the Nördlinger Ries crater in Germany.

I would thing that something like a pallasite would be more powerful, especially any gems cut from the olivine in it.

Oregon eclipse festival was a gathering fro mall over the world. most of the 60+ thousand that attended where from out of country. it was quite the experience viewing a total solar eclipse with 60+ thousand people. i'll never forget it. It almost brings a tear to my eye just thinking about it, and the fact it wont happen for another like 53 years. It was probably one of the biggest highlights of my life. The ambience, and atmosphere were amazing and other worldly to say the least.
