It's not that they necessarily go for right-wing shit. It's that only certain portions of the right are making an effort to not be dicks towards them, whereas all of the left treats having problems with women (regardless of context) as a huge sin, and instead of treating it, condemns it.

Unfortunately, this side-taking is a falsehood, and is simply a reinforcement of bad mentalities, in order to get them to support other right-wing ideology. I think it has more to do with all the justifications for why they have problems with women that the left in general has a problem with. Whenever such a subject is brought up here, the majority seem to say things like "the Jews have brainwashed white girls to fuck niggers" or "Stacies only want Chads" or "women are just biologically designed to want X and Y," but actually saying "I have problems with women" seems much more rare. Typicaly the problem is not women refusing to have sex. That's just the way most guys express it, because it is a very big deal to them. The motive why they are not doing it is the real problem. Usualy it has to do with some sort of difficulties socialising with women or people in general. If you don't think not being able to socialise properly is not a problem in a social species, then I don't think you are being realistic.
To present the problem as "women not wanting to fuck you" is to miss the point entirely, and to paint all those guys as entitled, instead of as having issues with socialisation.
