syrian "moderate" rebels are nearly all dead or fled the country and there weren't many of them to begin with. the fucking "white helmets" turned out to be basically an off-shoot of ISIS for marketing purposes lmao. if you support regime change in syria then you support right wing religious extremists, there are no two ways about it.

there is no such thing as a syrian "civil war" and there hasn't been for years. it's the assad regime vs a million different foreign terrorist groups all vying for control.

1. I don't understand why people don't point out the whole oil thing. There's even a video where Noam Chomsky says its failing because of the oil market dropping out.

2. Even if it was socialist we shouldn't believe or sell the idea that socialism or communism is some sort of key to utopia. A socialist state can fail, it can be mismanaged, it can be infiltrated, its population can make stupid decisions (like investing all their money in a volatile fuel market), it can be out gunned in a war, etc. Telling a non lefty-autist if we just went socialist all problems would go away and anyone who complains should be executed won't fucking win anyone over.

BO is currently the only one enforcing the rule (which you could see in the ban list if it was working properly).

Argue your case in the mod feedback thread and pray. I wouldn't hold your breath though, I don't foresee a reversal anytime soon.
The issue is further complicated by the fact that some of the bans are actually justified and would have resulted in a ban even before the rule was put into place (Israel shilling, direct and unironic support of US international intervention for "muh freedums", etc). I think the issue is mostly a matter of how/where the rule is being enforced more than anything, especially in areas of the world and situations that are more complicated than "this side bad, this side good."
