Besides the existence of the law of value and commodity form which both operated differently than under capitalism the eliminiation of private property, wage labor, exploitation, production for exchange, etc. would pretty much constitute a lower stage of communism unless you are being silly and unrealistic.

The difference is that anarchists fuck up when they don't implement their ideology properly. Marxist-leninists fuck up when they do implement their ideology properly. It has been proven time and time again that, when it is implemented, it just leads to dictatorship, and then back to normal capitalism.
