If you're asking about they essay 'Your Politics Are Boring as Fuck' the TL;DR is basically that talking to normalfags about class struggle won't inspire them because their lives are boring and miserable and changing ideologies makes no difference; even worse, making yourself out to be socialist proves to them how miserable you are and thus they take after you and shun your ways because they don't want to become like you by association. They also advocate not doing things like volunteering IF it's because you feel like you have an obligation to it, you should only do it because you want to.
