HRT just reduces your test levels a lot so it becomes harder to really gain muscle and get stronk, can still do lifting exercises and cardio but it won't be nearly the same result

Three times an hour to work out, three times an half hour of transit time. That's nearly five hours out of my free time which comes to about 25 hours on weekdays. Not negligible. While I believe that strengthening of the working class by providing them with wide options form healthcare to education are necessary to strengthening themselves, along with strong trade unions for class consciousness. Its more effective to improve the conditions of working class and their preparedness for the revolution instead of actively trying to agitate them towards revolution, since revolutionary conditions in the west are dead.

I hit the gym about twice per week, just to do some conditioning and cardio to stay in shape. When I start going to university full time next year I'll be able to work out more, but right now I work 10 hour shifts four days per week in addition to night classes so it's hard to find time.

I mean its not ideal comrade but it will work. Anything that holds substantial mass will work. I used to use cast iron scrap metal I had lying around to do maintenance workouts when I couldn't get to the gym. I helps man

Probably, the main difference would be that weights at a gym let you adjust the weight by adding more, that way you push the limit. But just lifting heavy stuff will make you stronger.
you should look in to calisthenics if you haven't already. I don't do much of it myself, but there are a lot of different and effective ways to use body weight.

I feel you man. I was bummed out as fuck six months ago, 29 year old. depressed neet, on the verge of suicidal. Couldn't see the light in the end of the tunnel.
Got some therapy and made some changes in my behavior, the biggest one was training a combination of cardio and strength twice a week. Pretty much changed my life. I'm still a neet with no future, but I'm actually happy now, and able to face my challenges.
Five months ago I literately couldn't find my chest muscles, now I'm stronger than I've ever been. And that rush that starts coming after some weeks of hard training, feels real good man. I think cardio is the most important one, getting your pulse up to 180 and staying there for as long as you can take.
Also I don't drink or smoke anymore, so that's probably also got something to do with it.

Laziness and shyness aren't core parts of you, just temporary problems you're experiencing at this moment. Besides, you don't need to stay motivated to work out, you just need to be motivated enough to create the habit, and then it's just inertia. That nice thing about beginning lifting is that it's fucking easy and quick, we're talking 30 minutes max, while you're not even having any difficulty; it'll be more difficult and take longer later, but if you get to that point you'll already have formed a habit that makes you more uncomfortable to disobey than to follow, and you'll have those sick beginner gains to keep you motivated.

As for shyness, you're lifting, not socializing, most people aren't going to talk to you, and if they do, you can just nod your head. You might look retarded when you're beginning, I know I did, but you'll learn and stop looking retarded, not like anyone cares; I've seen people doing stupid shit all the time at the gym and I just had a chuckle to myself and forgot about it.

I'm a lazy SOB then and I still am now, but all you need is a real and meaningful goal to start, and once you start and the habit is formed, you're set.
