Transsexuality means actually identifying as the other gender and has no further implications.
If they do transition, they'll do hormones and often operations. The terms Trap and Crossdressing do not apply, unless you're one of those "they're not real girls" and have to be a dick about it because this is somehow an important political issue for you how they have to deal with their mental illness.

Trap just means they simply can be mistaken for girls. It doesn't necessarily mean they're crossdressing, but it usually goes hand in hand.

Crossdressing can be done by rather masculine looking men too that wouldn't pass - and therefore aren't traps.

Trap: Born with a penis, but looks like a girl if you don't see the dick. Anything else doesn't really matter, can identify as male and be straight, can identify as female and be not, irrelevant. Usually though traps are pre-OP MtFs who are passing very well.

Crossdresser: Again born with a penis, but likes to dress up in woman's clothing. Doesn't have to pass as a girl. Can just be a fetish (humiliation for example), but often it's the first step for men to transitioning.

Tranny/MtF/Transgender/Shemale: Someone who was born male but identifies as the other gender. Can be pre-OP, can be post-OP, can even be transitioning or not. Doesn't matter.

Drag: A man dressing up as a woman in a public and extravagant way, it's more of a fashion statement than anything else. Can again identify as anything and be of any sexuality, it's commonly associated with the gay scene however.

Genderqueer: A catch-all for everyone not fitting under the common dichotomy of male/female. Someone currently transitioning for example would be genderqueer, as would someone who is confused about their gender orientation. Genderfluid/agender/third gender are terms for people who do not strictly identify as male or female and wish to stay either permanently or temporarily between the two genders. For example someone born as a man might have phases where they feel male, where they feel female, where they feel like both and where they don't concern themselves with their gender at all. They could dress and look androgynous and take hormones or not. That would place them somewhere in between male/female.
Stuff like postgender is more of a political/philosophical opinion, although usually motivated by personal feelings of being genderqueer.
