Post some recent book buys lads? This is the stuff I got today in Moscow from Falanster store, which is a great little socialist/anarcho place if you're ever in town.

Got George Sorel - Reflections on Violence, Guido Carpi - History of Marxism, Discipline and Punish: The Birth of the Prison, great biography of Nestor Makhno, a Mayakovsky collection, some Marx editions for friends and "The Grey Muzhik", which is a collection of short stories on Russian poverty and village/city life from late XIX early XX centuries. All in Russian, but it would be interesting to find out if there are similar anarcho/indie bookstores where you live and what selection they have.

My phone is out of battery, but I'm reading the 11th edition fo the Middle East.

Found locally, poor Zizek didn't cost much.

Coming out in 3 months

Do you have somewhere I can read more on it/preorder?

"Mishel Fuko"
Took me a moment to realize that it was Michel Foucault's book.

Seems cool!

Couldn't find any previews though. He has another one called “The Incontinence of the Void” coming this year

Yeah we basically bastardise every French name we can in the most awful way. Can't make up our minds on how to spell Chomsky either, most books are by HOMSKY lol

Bought these at some only used bookstore.
Nelson W. Sodré is a Brazilian marxist classic. I've already read from him a military history book, which was great.
The Hoxha one is Imperialism and the Revolution by the man who built bunker, it's going to be a nice addition to my little tankie collection with some Stalin, Ludo Martens and a couple others. Oh and it has an introduction by João Amazonas, one of the few guys from the communist party that survived the brazilian military dictatorship.

I need to revise my posts.

reminds me I gotta hit up some bookstores soon

a few weeks ago I found a box full of books out in the street, paper attached to it said people were free to take. Found a book about the kronstadt rebellion in it

I want some original Albanian Hoxha books for the meme material. I refuse to pay more than 10 dollars for them tho, so the hunt continues.

Holy shit how come I never saw it? I've been scouting the entire city for leftist literature and all I found were memoirs by Kropotkin and Bakunin's Statism and Anarchy. I won't be coming back anytime soon to Moscow and I badly need Russian revolutionary (any theoretical school) and Soviet leftist literature.

How much do they averagely cost there in rubles? I want to get my hands on some Makhno.
Do they do shipping to other countries? I'm not in an ex-USSR state by the way.

Oh, and I also bought some Bookchin. Two essays, his "famous" essay on lifestylism and the other is his reflections on the left. I still don't get why he is so praised, nice critiques of Hakim Bey and Stirnerites praxis.

Good luck on your search. Although I doubt you'll find it for less than ten dollars in Albanian, you might find it in Portuguese, French, English but not Albanian(or at least not without some heavy shipping fees).

oh and what's the address so I could tell a relative in case they don't do shipping?

...

doesn't your kind just get their information from narcotic visions and theory from pyromancy

RUDE

bump

pretty sure he's eco-anarchist and not anprim

OP here. It's a bit of a hidden place, in Maly Gnezdikovsky pereulok. Here's a handy map: falanster.su/contacts/
Unfortunately they do not do shipping, however, I would advise you to contact the St. Petersburg anarchist bookstore Vse Svobodny ([email protected]/* */) on deliveries or the excellent anarchist publishing house called Common Place - [email protected]/* */
They publish a lot of unpublished Kropotkin, Malevich's revolution articles etc. - their full selection is on their website - common.place/
Some books are available in .pdf on that website, such as the Anarchist Culinary Cookbook, which has vegan recipes from cheap ingredients, how to produce them etc. - a sort of an eco-anarcho cookbook - which i include with the post.

My grandfather gave this to me recently

It was a free magazine/pamphlet that was given away at the 1967 montreal expo

Getting high and gazing in to the flames > 24-hour news cycle

...

what site did you use fam?
also

Estante Virtual. It was pretty chill, although the Hoxha one was a bit deceiving as they didn't tell about the small rip.
