There's only him and the panda, right? I just don't like the reliance of the game on links. It looks to go against the direction of the game to be a "simplified" fighting game.
She is pure user and don't want any contact with people.
Owen Murphy
It's happening.
Tyler Nguyen
It's most likely just a port or nothing. Aris said in one of his streams that when he talks to people related to VF they say VF6 is not happening anytime soon
Brayden Walker
Anyone here play the new Virtual ON? Looks like it didn't sell that well in Japan. But it really shouldn't be so expensive. I'm sure many would have gotten it for 40-50 dollars but not 60+. I'm still waiting for my copy to arrive.
Why is there no info about Million Arthur Arcana Blood?
are we finally getting a PC port?
James Thomas
I imported both versions It feels like a it's a test game to get the gears rolling for a "Virtual On V". It's got all the core mechanics and speed that OT/Force had, they just need to polish the new mechanics they've introduced. The point system is a legit improvement for the franchise though, it really forces players to be more aggressive. Also you can turn off all radio chatter so basically the only time you see index stuff is at the win screen.
Basically the game is a good warm up that shows they still can make a real virtual on. It's also more of a real Virtual On than Virtual On Marz was.
Michael Kelly
You could've said earlier so I could put Ivy's titties, Heidern and Broly running in the OP. Oh well, at least more time for people to grind. Any questions about '98 you can ask me.
Because you didn't post anything. As far as I know the game was released a few months ago at the arcades with no sign of console ports and Team Arcana is now focusing on the DLC for AH3LMSS.
The stream was yesterday and nobody said anything besides the chat begging for a PC port, Yakuza6 receive an netcode patch or a collection of past games.
Juan Anderson
I announced it on thursday and made another announcement on Friday.
Michael Martinez
Anyone else happy that Ivy isn't censored?
Cooper King
Of course I'm happy. Who honestly thought she was going to be?
Hunter Rogers
You never can tell these days. I never expected Mortal Kombat or Capcom devs to cuck out to feminists
Dylan Green
It's a mystery why you were ignored.
Jeremiah Wright
I did post here initially but was mainly ignored anytime I made a post about the tournament, I even posted the poll here to decided on what game would be played and got most of the votes from the disagreement channel.
Jonathan Gray
Oh, shit, I'm illiterate. I thought you were the guy talking about Million Arthur Blood whatever. Ignore me, please. I admit I glazed over your posts because they were quite short and didn't seem to have much concrete information. You may consider using redtext headers to catch the eye.
Lani Minela was always cool. I'm surprised she's still doing va work.

I wouldn't be too sure about that. Try checking the rest of her twitter.

I never expected them to censor after seeing such big titties in T7. Bodywise I expect Taki to be very similiar to Master Raven too
Oliver Anderson
Why they removed ass jiggle feature?
Christian Rogers
Is there something wrong on my end or did the site I used to make this webm fucked up the beginning of it?
Jayden Jones
Did they remove thigh jiggle too?
Gabriel Walker
yes. Tekken 4 also had ass jiggle
Brody Fisher
Now that MUH DIK has settled, I have to admit - I don't like SCVI Ivy all that much. I love them magumbos but the actual outfit seems like a mesh of her SCIV-SCV designs, combining the impracticality of one with the overdesignedness of the other. Plus she doesn't have the crazy glare anymore, it's just more waifubait. SC Ivy was fantastic and SCII Ivy was peak Ivy in both design and gameplay. My faggy two cents, if I had my way, this game's art direction would be simple costumes like SCI-II on figures with very stylized anatomy with Xrd style graphics (though with more toned down colors). That said, I was reminded for a brief moment that this woman got my motor running like none ever did besides Morrigan. As much as I love me some Luong and Nyotengu, those two will always be peak FG girl for me.
A man who hasn't showered in weeks?
Isaiah Butler
Does this mean it's not coming out this March or is that just old news?
Is there any new news on that game? I would imagine it's not leaving arcades until like the end of this year, if that. But man it really looks fun.
Thanks for the run down. This looks like a nice game to move to after Gundam Versus.
Jason Torres
I hope they keep Taki's erect nipples and vagina bone.
Julian Clark
I don't think anyone is as unenthused as I am when it comes to Broly and Bardock
I REALLY wanted master roshi, especially since he's been reintroduced in the series. They have a busty female villain and the banter with roshi would be amazing. He'd be the best character to have a stance moveset too
Tyler Roberts
Wait wait wait, Geoff (You) is the one attempting to host the tourney?!?! BFFFTTT BWUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Any chance for pseudonymous registration? Like I paste my name#tripcode here, and one of you discardfags add us?
I only ever read the manga. Didn't read any of the spinoffs, never watched the anime, movies, or games. _Now_ that I'm profiting, I'm considering looking at old games to see if the fit my interest. Even then, I'm seeking to emulate before buying consoles.
Noah Adams
She was only "crazy" during the first SC where she was serving under Nightmare, right? Well with Zazalamel in, they clearly have no intention of doing a recreation of that.
I never really had any doubt she would be but can't say I'm all pleased. Her breasts looks a little too "plastic" like they were glued to her chest. In SCV it worked since her clothes both P1 and P2 while had cleavage, they were more "constricted" so the little movement. Team SoulCalibur RIP Project Soul really needs to take a look at Team Ninja to learn a thing or two.
Well, it's not like she's my main or anything. Stance characters are my bane and Sophitia is already in so I'm happy. Now I would certainly be satisfied if her sister makes it. She can use some stuff from regular Patroklos to make herself different.

Both are good, although all the sequels to both are horrendous abominations. Yeah, I can't wait for Muten Roshi and Kid Goku.

Ivy's VA also does Pit and Lucas in Brawl? Jesus fuck, that's talent.
Brandon Collins
Not sure if this was posted before, but here's some Soul Calibur VI PC footage featuring Kilik, Nightmare, Sophitia, and Xianghua.

Also, forgot to mention that at the 7:18 mark, you can see a fight with Groh, the new character.

I need some advice on some fighting game purchases on PS4. Do I get BB:CP Extend or BB:CF? I kind of liked the story in the previous games, but I'm not sure if it's worth buying CP Extend over CF. Also, I played some SF4 at my brother's place the other day and had a blast playing Gen and El Fuerte, is there still an active community for this game?
Brandon Gray
Just get CF and watch all the story stuff online from the previous games.
Gavin Morales
Don't know much about BB. As for USFIV if the PC version is still active and I think its safe to say the PS4 version is still pretty active.
Daniel Rodriguez
So what are my options here?
Kevin Reed
You better be importing the japanese version Hori fightstick or pro controller are your only options.
Sebastian Baker
What did they do?_ _what did they do?!__
Easton Richardson
How is the Hori arcade stick I've always used my own custom stick with sanwa or seimitsu parts
Jeremiah Ross
none of course, the game will have very simple controls, special moves are a single button press
Jackson Bennett
Guys, I'm super scared right now. I know the translation company they got is really SJW, & that they censored the trailer, but I don't know anything else.
Help
Sebastian Cooper
You would be giving NISA money to help establish them as SNK's future localization branch and once NISA gets a hold of something all future games in their grasp will get more censorship, shittier localizations and broken releases like what happens everytime they consume a brand.
Just import it or wait for the eventual PC release where SNK would self-publish and hire someone else to handle the port. Do not give NISA money period because it will only give more power to destroy future games, don't even give them money if they some how don't fuck it up.
I have no clue about the switch stick, but I've never had a problem with any of the PS3/PS4/PC Hori sticks.
David Ortiz
Ah, so it's a moral thing. Will the game play in english if I order the Japanese version?
Ayden Hill
The menus will be for sure, and KoF XIV had a language toggle in the options (But SNK did the localization in house for that game, no clue what it will be for this game). Even if the story text isn't in english in the jap version, you won't be reading the real text in the NISA version anyways. Look what they did to Ys VIII, they outright removed all references to previous games because they didn't bother doing any research for the franchise. You honestly think they're gonna bother to look into SNK's history to get all the good fanservice dialogue?
Aaron Garcia
Why do you get all your reaction images from cuckchan?
>Daisuki Ishiwatari says to expect the next game to be less complicated with reduced system: archive.fo/yPtIb
Why the fuck ? ArcSys already has 2 simplified games that are popular. Why simplify Guilty ?
Henry Ross
We want the casual audience.
Camden Moore
But this guy wanted the hardcore audience for 25 or more years ? And he got the casual audience with that dragon ball game ?
Christian Gray
Retarded if true.
It's the Capcom MO. They think they got the old fans by the balls so they go whore themselves out to other audiences.
Brayden Collins
Do you have an answer?
Aaron Jackson
/ourgal/
I can see where you are coming from. I am personally fine with this, since it could have been SCV's outfit all over again and you'd see anons arguing over whether it was still sexy or not like Kitana in MK.
Brandon Kelly
The optimistic interpretation I've seen is that he's talking about stuff like Danger Time, PRCs, weight classes, and differing face-down/face-up knockdown timings per character. GGXrd is still more complicated than any other contemporary fighter, and Revelator added burst supers, charged blitzes, throw techs (should have been in Sign but that's beside the point), and the ability to slightly affect each player's burst gauge through blitzes.
That's why I'm allowing myself to be optimistic. DBFZ and BBTag are/will be huge cash cows for normalfags, which will hopefully let them keep GG as the more complex game for hardcore players.
Jaxson Bell
Thanks guys.
Benjamin Wood
Honestly man there's so many tings that make Guilty Gear an old school anime game. Things like weights and different wakeup timings are annoying even for the highest level players. One of the oddest things that is in it is only having press tech instead of hold tech like all other modern anime games. Guilty Gear stayed more true to it's XX roots then it really needed to.
Also another person here wishing they added Roshi.
Dominic Ramirez
idc
Landon King
Those old school things are exactly what makes it a great game along with the style, still somewhat saved from the modern anime cancer style.
Grayson Gonzalez
Yeah Guilty Gear is in a really good spot. And honestly the success of Tekken 7 despite not really taking away many features makes me think that fighting games don't really need to be as casualized as many devs think. Guilty Gear just needs better marketing to get it out there, atleast in the west.
David Ross
Careful what you wish for. Last thing GG needs is the rats jumping the sinking ship that is Capcom to latch on to it. Next thing you know, the "The anime FGC needs to clean up its act." lectures start popping up. That said, I admit I haven't been following DBFZ; MvCI's dead as the dodo but I don't know if the usual suspects moved on to be full time DBFZ shills.
Xavier Perez
I do care too.
Aaron Bailey
Honestly "FGC needs to cleanup its act" stuff from random news places or people makes no sense to me. In normal sports trash talk and some disrespect really makes people excited. Everyone gets hype over a fist fight in hockey in nascar or ice hockey, and it never even got to that point for fighting games.
Samuel Moore
What do you guys think of Fighter maker 2002?
Carter Evans
Oh, don't misunderstand me, I'd prefer if they kept weight classes and all the weird knockdown timings, since it gives texture to each matchup and makes me think about applying 6H, the Thinking Ky Player's Okizeme™ a bit. I'm just saying that when Daisuke says "removing systems" he could be talking about any systems, including shit nobody likes like YRC input eating, PRCs, and danger time. Perhaps ArcSys has some data we don't and it turns out casuals dislike danger time and the "lol jk this is actually safe" neutral play which the more freeform RC system in Xrd introduced.
I've come to prefer press teching because it allows for the distinction between teching into air throw OSs or teching into FD or teching into a button. That bit of gameplay doesn't really exist in other anime games, even good ones like UNIEL.
Realistically, I doubt we'll hear any GG news before the end of the year unless they decide to emergency nerf Chipp or emergency buff Johnny/Faust.
I think the success of Tekken 7 is influenced greatly by its visual presentation and focus on fundamentals (like other 3D fighters). I'm not familiar with Tekken, but I've played a bit of Tekken 6 and 7, and even I can tell 7 felt much simpler. Throws in Tekken 6 felt basically untechable, especially command grabs, whereas when I first picked up Tekken 7 I was teching throws by accident. Perhaps it was due to the input lag and my latent mashing/shit reflexes.
The combo system is also much better thanks to the focus on corkscrews: had T7 kept T6's focus on weird, tiny groundbounces, it would have been much tougher to parse combos. Lars in particular was the worst for this since one of his combo enders is a running high hitgrab, which somehow manages to pick people up off the ground.
Not sure what I meant to say there. I think T7 is more casual than you'd realize, but I'm not a Tekken player so my opinion is only so applicable.
Whenever people broach that subject, I always ask them to show me the riots video games have caused, because even with as many niggers as the FGC has, we've never destroyed our own city because Diego didn't get the parry.
Camden Gomez
Historic. Makes nearly 60% of the doujin action game genre on sites, based/inspired M.U.G.E.N., GoIkemen supersedes them, AAA use UE3-4 or Unity, Godot 3 released no excuse. Why do ask? Better luck asking on the >>>/agdg/ thread here&@board
Christian Rodriguez
Nightmare decided to possess Sieg again or he now takes the form of him because?
Gabriel Fisher
Because its all the fans know him as?
Josiah Carter
they should keep the knockdown timings but just add a training mode option that does recordings on the very first active frame on wakeup. even just the option to playback individual moves/strings like in tekken 7 would help. simplifying a game to market to casuals is dumb because they don't know enough about fightan to even understand the changes. we have enough games with simple inputs/simplified systems and they all prove to be amusing for a little while but they always make me want to go back to 'a real game' with depth and difficulty like gg/kof/vf. i hate the thought of losing that.
rev2 is in such a nice spot other than having a lack of players. maybe adding forcebreaks would be cool but it doesn't need much besides legacy characters. the thought of it getting dumbed down because 'hey, it worked with dragonball!'
tekken also has the benefit of being the preeminent 3d fighter so the whole playerbase is focused on one game while anime players are split across like 10 different games and any given time and always jumping to the shiny new one
Austin Reyes
I call bull on this. Okubo said the team working in SoulCalibur had no knowledge of the negotiations with SquareEnix to get Noctis on Tekken7 >>14386206 So unless he was a high ranked employee at Bamco, there's no way he would know about all those stuff. Besides, this guy just get his "leaks" from many other places like his SFV and TMNT stuff after X-Kira already tweeted out/made a video/publish on facebook groups. And he's already flip flopping his stuff from SCVI like Zasalamel and the roster number after the character reveal and Kayane's interview.
Huh? Nightmare IS Siegfried except that time in V where he was Raphael because Sieg was a cunt and wanted Soul Edge for himself so it was match made in heaven. They were separated between II and III so Zasalamel made a fake body for Soul Edgle during III and IV. And since this game takes place between I and II, it's normal for him having his broken costume as that.
Here an example of what I was talkng about
Julian Perry
do anyone gives a fuck about this game?

Robert Long
the classic kof games are on PS2. arcana heart is on PS2.
just get kof 98 and 2002 on ps2.
Jacob Sanchez
Dead or Alive 4
Michael Adams
That's pretty easy. But any SNK game, be it bundle or MI regulation A, KOFXI, NGBC is probably pretty cheap. SF anniversary comes with ST and 3rdStrike, CvS2, the whole 3D era with SoulCalibur II and III, Virtua Fighter 4 Evo and Tekken. There's plenty of stuff to choose.
Ryder Wilson
Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution King of Fighters 98 Ultimate Match
Levi Wood
kinda wished people had Golden fantasia so i could play with them and dunk or get dunked on i dont have the steam copy only a prated nip copy. if you have evolve you can fight peer2peer
my team in Dlanor/battler
Brandon Kelly
DIE THE DEATH SENTENCED TO DEATH THE GREAT EQUALIZER IS DEATH! I liked that game, but Eva Beatrice's pudding is broken. The thing blocks your movement and absorbs hit, meaning you can't do jack shit when she gets the upper hand.
Brandon Johnson
Just play SF2 turbo or MK X if you want something modern, i have done that, if you are drunk you are going to play like shit anyway, and since these are simpler games you can spend more time playing and laughing at your retarded decisions. I ve tried to play more complex games while drinking with friends and it was not even close since you keep droping combos and shit.
Nathan Mitchell
oh boy
Logan Scott
He looks like Kenny Omega in drag.
The main obstacle GG has in the west is that it's anime. I think if they went back to the more realistic and grittier designs of XX it'd do better, but at the end of the day half of their potential audience in the US thinks the game is for perverts and pedophiles based on the art style and May and Dizzy don't exactly change that perception.
Angel Jenkins
i'll never understand how tekken manages to have some of the most disguistingly anime characters of any fighting game that isn't made by examu and still manages not to alienate normalfags the way gg does. and for that matter how these same people who wont play anime because the characters look silly will go all in on some nrs trash with the dumbest looking characters imaginable. that's not even getting into fucking abigail.
Ian Price
twitch.tv/arika_co_jp Arika's Fighting EX Layer stream is gonna start in about 11 to 15 minutes
Nathaniel Howard
Because it looks like Call of Duty, that's all there is to it.
Alexander Reed
Because it's in 3D. Sprites are for perverts and losers.
Jason Peterson
then it's not their audience, also do you have a single fact to back that up? don't come with twitter caps you take from people that has never touched a fighting game I don't play GG either and yeat have been playing fightan for 2 decades, i simply dont like air dashers, if you removed the airdash out of GG and i am not saying you should but just as an example, i'd be more inclined to play it because i prefer slower games, other slow anime fighters are not really popular because they lack marketing, its all about the marketing, why do you think fucking Arms or even Pokken would make it to an Evo mainstage?
Parker Bennett
And they were dumb fucks in twitch chat saying that MvCI had more people watching then DBZF. How embarrassing.
Adam Phillips
He's talking about capcucks and normalfags who think Street Fighter is the only fighting game ever made.
Xavier Butler
I don't know where the fuck you've been, but normalfags have always been deathly allergic to anything that's not mainstream anime. They think everything outside of what's popular is weird and creepy, regardless of how tame the material might be. It's not that they're mainly deterred by the mechanics of anime fgs, but the anime art style itself. The reason why SF and Tekken gets a pass is because it's popular and most normalfags will know about it somehow. The character designs are also more "normal", and by that I mean there are generally no girls that look particularly young and the girls generally don't show as much skin. Normalfags are afraid of playing games where you can play as young girls/lolis/girls that show a lot of skin because they again don't want other normalfags to think they're weird. It doesn't matter how manly the guys are, the presence of a loli will always scare them away. It's why they play Tekken and not DoA, or SF instead of Koihime.
Grayson Wilson
arika's announcement stream is live
James Brooks
uhhhhhh fucked up the embed
Oliver Barnes
Why would they do this?
DoA is really good though it is a more simplistic VF with more emphasis on taking advantage of your surroundings. Vid related is Winter Brawl for DoA5. As for Koihime it's very good for being such a simple game. It's really back and fourth compared to most fighters and really awards good fundamentals. While I'm surprised more don't play it, it still has many entries for every AnimEVO.

I read an interview with one of the devs for Waifu Battle on Switch and he said they aren't changing any costumes or anything for the western release. The English trailer and the Jap trailer have the same content in-game, but NISA, being the faggots they are, used different "less problematic" costumes in their localised version.
Ryder Howard
NISA has lied before their localization process, so I wouldn't believe them now.
Elijah Torres
It wasn't NISA who said they weren't modifying anything, it was SNK who said content would be intact. I would imagine shit would hit the fan with the honorobu japs if NISA went and fucked around with shit behind their backs. It could probably be a good thing and might even blacklist NISA.
Dominic Sullivan
I honestly really hope NISA fucks something horribly up with the game, SNK made a really fucking stupid decision partnering with them especially right after (technically on going) Ys VIII shitstorm
Jack Fisher
Let's get this shit started.
William Wood
It IS the Skullgirls engine after all, you can't just have inaccurate hitboxes like that.
Matthew Morris
...
Noah Jones
I don't get it. What's the extra $20 get you in the $59.99 version?
Anthony Evans
1 character and 10 gougi decks, which are like Isms I guess.
Julian Kelly
1 extra character Hokuto and 10 gougi decks (5 gougi skills per deck). So 10 more decks is basically 10 more ways to play a single character, then even more variety when they collect the info they need to allow players to have full customization.
Samuel Hall
Yeah these hitboxes are fucking retarded.
Juan Bell
They said on stream that you should buy the $30 version if you're worried about balance, I don't really know what that implies. They've said before they're putting a lot of effort into making gougi balanced, so I guess they're putting the ones they've put the most work into in the $30 version. If you play online will it restrict you to only decks your opponent has?
Gabriel Nguyen
I wouldn't be surprised if it is a bug
Eli Howard
I was thinking that they would do something like; Ranked Match is restricted to the 5 decks and Free Match will be fair game for everything.
Henry Adams

Bamco seems more likely to be the one doing the fucking. I'm expecting full season pass jewing, denuvo and lack luster single player content
Josiah Lewis
it's more in okubo's hands isn't it? the wager system still sounds pretty fucked imo. speaking of sc, do you think there's enough interest here to try and get some regular doplhinsc2 weeklies going?
Charles Green
Other two characters seem to be Pullum and Volcano Rosso. Surprised they managed to squeeze in a couple more characters. Hope things turn out well for them. RANDAM
I think they're keeping the project a secret from him. Maybe they're working in the basement or some room with a fumigation sign on the door so he never finds them because if that happens, you know he'll just bully them, force his shit ideas on them and walk away with a chunk of the budget to blow on booze and coke.
Oliver Foster
didn't they say he isn't in he's just there as part of Jack's story? I was thinking the last two would be Pullum and Sharon
Austin King
That Blair is A+.

Not that i know of, i 'd love to see some though.
Kevin Kelly
I thought one was Rosso because the silhouette seems to have fire coming out of the hand but it also seems to be holding a gun. Maybe you're right.
Watch it because it looks like she got rewritten as a mob princess. At least that's what her and Jack's summaries seem to point to.

Why do you hate me d00ds? I'm the only Youtuber who makes quality content of fighting videogames, I helped in the revival of fighting games! I'm not a shill bros, I just fucking love videogames and the hype! AND THE CHINDER CHAGGER NIGGER DAGGER, YES! WE GOT THIS

I have a DIY hitbox, i have been using it for like 200 hours, i don't struggle coordinating my fingers or anything i am used to this thing. But i swear the timing to depress buttons in order to avoid missing an inputs is fucking hell.
Can you try the stuff in this video and see if you can do it reliably? For a description on the video: Leona's anti air is a charge DOWN then hit UP move, but can be super canceled into her DM which is a Quarter Circle Backwards and then QCF. However the time to input the move is really short, so the only way to do it is to do the charge move and at the same time hit the first part of the DM, that means to go from the charge DOWN and hit the directions backwards all the way until you press UP, as in a Half Circle move going from DOWN to UP, and then as the anti air hits, you input the last QCF.
I wonder if these moves would probably be easier on a stick, i'd have to get one and try. It seems no input method is perfect at everything, i had the hitbox because it's easier on my wrists, and while it is very comfortable to use and doesn't destroy my thumbs like a gamepad either it seems timing moves is way harder, mising inputs normally doesn't happen in practice mode or stuff like those challenges where you can reset and repeat until it comes out right, but in the heat of battle where adapting and improvising is key, you start dropping the spagetthi everywhere with the missing inputs.
suuure, i mean i would like him if he wasn't a cuck apologist and restraining himself in order to please the leftist PC audience, he also pretends to not like scantily clad female fighters and acts it up a lot when he sees one, but its clear as water that he's virtue signaling, probably faps to these girls when nobody's watching.

No.
Nathaniel Robinson
Different hitbox fag here, all I can say is good luck. When I still played SF and I switched to hitbox I had to entirely give up on grapplers because I'd lose my down inputs when doing the half circle back portion of the 360. I could do it by just hitting the cardinals via >

Yeah I wasn't saying they were bad, just why they aren't more popular than they are despite being good games.
NISA has produced ok translations without removing things before, but only when they were on a tight leash. Even if they don't remove content, that doesn't mean their translation will be good. Since it's an SNK fan service game I guarantee they'll get a lot of the references will be mistranslated, or at least something will go wrong.
It just sounds like a tk.214 > 236 input to me. If you can do 214 reliably, turning it into a tk is just doing 2147 (or 21478 if the game is stricter), which on a hitbox means you just piano another button. Practice makes perfect user.
John Cook
Even the extremely rare scenarios where they did a "good" job because of a tight leash eventually led to disaster. They get praise for not fucking up for once and the original IP holders loosen their grip, then NISA gets complacent and shit hits the fan. It happens every time. Look at how progressively worse each Atelier game or Danganronpa game got after the first few were handled "well". Or Kadokawa Games went completely hands off for Rodea the Sky Soldier since NISA didn't fuck up any of their other games, and the moment NISA was buy their selves they managed to sneak in a bunch of bugs not in the jap release for the 3DS/Wii U versions.
NISA is one of those companies that you should just straight up never support period even if they do a "good job". They are the EA of the localization industry where supporting them only leads to more destruction.
William Harris
Yeah that's the move (2147 into 236) but what I meant to emphasize is this is one of those cases where the game is very unforgiving while on other cases you can eat inputs and still pull the combo. So I have to experiment with this a lot because it directly influences which characters I get to use without fucking up.
Blake James
At the risk of starting a colossal shitstorm - what's the deal with these assholes? Everywhere, I see these knobs getting put on a pedestal as the epitome of gaming channels. I'll admit I don't know shit about ecelebs, I saw one video of theirs (the Capcom D&D game) and, sure got a chuckle here and there, but I sincerely don't understand the borderline cult around them. Pewdiepie's ghastly but I can kinda get why people would find him entertaining and Max did that series with the Dr Doom cosplayer who was somewhat funny. These cunts, I only know them as the idiots putting their stupid little joke into every crowdfunded game out there. Yes, SF has stupid concepts, I get it.
Daniel Hughes
They used to be pretty decent, but have slid downwards over the last year or so. If you have time to kill, watch some old series like Man vs Wild, Prison Break, Silent Hill Downpour, or any David Cage game, because those are still gold, and their earlier podcasts were great substitutes for conversation if you were a social outcast who knew a lot about video games and only had normalfags to discuss them with, like many Holla Forumsirgins were and are.
I don't know if I'd call it a cult, since I'm long past the point where I was subscribed and watching videos daily, but there are probably a few people on Holla Forums who still feel a connection to the channel's old days around 2012-2013 when they played shitty games and had fun laughing. Now each one of them has sort of dropped off to start an individual YT channel and grow a userbase on Twitch, which is probably shitty if you care about them.
Same thing happened to Jerma and Star; the latter isn't too great a loss because he's still an Overwatch addict last I checked but Jerma was honestly one of the gems in YT's ocean of video game trash. There are increasingly few answers to the question of "who is worth paying attention to?" which sucks for a lot of the idea guys/hobbyists on Holla Forums, myself included.

these days that basically exists around anything of at least moderate quality. they basically make decent background noise that isn't actively cringy/tumblrite or cancerous. they also have vaguely the same set of tastes & interests as your average autist on Holla Forums which means the content suits this userbase pretty well. i do think it's cool that they expose people to the more casual/ for fun side of fightan since fighting game coverage tends to skew towards srs business tourneyfag stuff which is one of the things that i think make them seem so inaccessible to outsiders because it makes it look like you have to be fuudo to even play these games.

Bentley Fisher
No, the only fighting game I will ever play again is Yatagarasu until another FG is released that is light on juggles and massive combo strings and more focused on Oki and/or neutral resets.
I've been told some street fighter games are like this but I don't want to play a Capcom fighter right now.

What do you think of SamShoV then? Barely any combos, lots of movement options, and lots of footsies. There's also Vanguard Princess which uses an assist to extend combos and setups but that's mostly it. Vid is a tourney of Vanpri.
It's a different experience that's for sure. There are plenty of things that you have to get used to. I'm rusty but I could probably teach you some stuff. I used to play with the disagreement group (they usually kick my ass) but I went to other fighters later. Mainly Nitroplus.

Apparently Geoff died of embarrassment, and can't answer a simple god damn question, so I am taking over NYB for him, since he can't grow a pair to answer a stupid question. Never mind he isn't here every thread, to have forgotten this stupid game >>14400018 vs >>14399566 🤷 >>14400057 also the plebbit "rude" language fag?!?! Yeah, ScrubFighter, this guy isn't qualified to host shit. Rather have Zemei who actually came second on 3S on radtorney host than this flagrant faggot. inb4 they are one in the same
On second note, it appears from BBCTB demo's roster, at the least 7 characters per franchise, 9 maybe, and some extra people in ETC. So that means from RWBY, UNIST, and P4U have 3 more characters remain to be announced as DLC, and a few more lose characters. ETC for sure isn't just Random. Perhaps the secret final boss is in that roster.
and to be perfectly clear, I've been ignoring your post, because I want you to learn the language where the community resides. Plenty plenty information online, and tourneys hosted for this game. Some user last few threads asked me to host Chaos Breaker/Dark Awake for CEO, and this is the perfect candidate game to suit tourney rules, while still employing "items." I will not go to CEO, but def. CEOtaku since I already have other plans. So if you all want me to host another side tourney for ミリオンアーサー アルカナブラッド, I will, but I need more than 8 people to sign up. CEOtaku isn't 'til 9-21~23, so you can get practicing until then. If you haven't gotten the game, you can play it right now on PC for a cost: nxl.nesica.net/playtitle/maab/ Otherwise you are SOoL, 'cause arcade outside Japan haven't hit. No, it hasn't hit consoles, this is SquareEnix & Examu we are talking about, they want their arcade goy money first. Yes, my poor 電撃文庫 FIGHTING CLIMAX is still stuck there ;-;

I know the PS4 is big in Japan, but c'mon. Not portin and Unreal game for the PC? I´m pretty sure this thing runs native already, just like that PC demo for FF XV that went live almost as soon as the game was released.
Ne? I would like it to be Janis or Jane…
The game is simple, but fun. But it is not finished yet. I will commend the developers for delivering what they said they would, in time. That´s a rare thing these days. And when you think that this game is mostly a work of two guys, that´s a damn good feat.
Asher Cook

You're a paranoid faggot. I don't know who this person is because I don't keep up with e-celeb faggotry but it isn't me. Also, I didn't get "kicked out of my apartment" by a nigger. I did get held at gun point for an hour for beating his ass at /fightan/ and once he left I moved because I decided going to jail for killing him when he returned wasn't a good option when I could simply return for my family farm and do something with my life aside from keeping up my cocaine addicted roommate who decided hanging out with nigger cocaine dealers and constantly inviting them into our home was more important than my friendship. I stopped posting about it because I figured no one wanted to read any more of my blogposting.
As for the domain, I own 100s going back to the 90s when they were free. Owning one more because I like it isn't hurting my pocket and I haven't put the website together because I've been spending my time getting /fit/ for the last month and have managed to put on 20+ pounds. I'll get around to it whenever I have which is likely not soon since I'm currently in the process of getting my garden ready, building a coop for my chickens/ducks, and tending to other things around the farm. I said I'd have a business of my own by the end of the summer and I'm sticking to that plan.
Camden Bailey
V Special has more movement options. D button is another kick in II and there's no evasion or deflect/grab sword too. Well, II has better music and is more simple.
XIV on PC has some issues with keyboard inputs. The hitbox user ever tried the PS4 version to see if he has any problems? Or even just another game on Steam that shows inputs like Xrd, Blazblue or Skullgirls
Thomas Sanchez
So, it is shit. They are again focusing on a stable revenue income scheme, instead of delivering a complete game and get the small profit to invest in the grow of the studio little by little, as they should. Pass, until piratable.
Grayson Murphy
What? They are releasing a complete product, they just have a budget version for people on the fence or can't afford standard price. The only shitty thing on that list is no legacy controller support which is understandable considering the financial situation the company is in and how much the licensing costs to get that working on PS4.
Logan Perry
I would go as far as saying II is THE best neo geo game. I like Garou more, but it's clearly the most well balanced & fit for tournaments. There was a time where people enjoyed SSII more than SF2 & I can understand that argument.
Brandon Thomas
Is Arika Broken, or just looking at Crapcom and considering how to profit following their philosophy?
Complete? Seriously? Let me give you a little idea of how broken this deal is: >Colors, COLORS, as DLC. >Small Brazilian studios can release a game on both PS4 and PC, but they decided to avoid the platform that can more easily be handled? I wonder if they tried to talk to Microshit about an Xbox One release, I think they might need it. No, Arika played their cards and it was a Kike hand. If they want to go that route, good for them, but they lost me.
Colton Richardson
Fuck off retard.
Mason Reyes
Okay, I'll bite. Arika is a very small company. You'd be more accurate to compare it to Yatagarasu or the first iteration of UNIEL. The Gougi decks will also affect the way each character plays, similarly to the styles in MKX, which will at least double the roster. I cannot possibly tell you how little this matters. Obviously I'd prefer it not be there, but 2 costume colours is hardly a great loss. You clearly didn't pay attention to the beta. Even with the basic Gougi decks, people found very easy infinites. The surest way to turn people away from a game is shit balance, and the locked Gougi decks will provide plenty of opportunity to experiment without breaking the game in half. You're talking about Trajes Fataes, right? That game isn't releasing in a dozen different languages in a dozen different PSN stores, which you would know if you had been paying any attention to their Facebook page or even so much as read the post you're quoting. It was also backed by pachinko money and a Chinese billionaire who bought SNK for the sole purpose of making real video games again. Take your dishonesty and deflection and shove them up your ass.
Ethan Roberts
can you fags keep your interpersonal drama on the disagreement? it isn't vidya or fightan or waifus and i really doubt anyone else here gives a shit.
capcom & snk both had significant backing and resources thrown into them for (((sfv))) and xiv, not to mention marketing resources. arika doesn't have that, they are at best a struggling a&1/2 dev that can barely muster the resources together to even get a game out at all. i mean they have jiyuna doing all the translation work, this isn't exactly a company with the manpower to do more than one thing at a time. it sucks but what the fuck were you expecting? they've never made a pc game before to my knowledge. you mean like uniel & xrd?
ty for the advice user. the only local around here is on the other side of the state. i'd like to go at some point, but if i'm gonna have to drive 5 hours to get matches, i at least want to get to a point where i'm good enough not to just go 0&2 and be done.
Gavin Stewart
A Smaller company with no outside resources/no publisher manages to get just shy of the same amount of characters (or if we go buy arcana heart/melty blood roster counting using the gougi system; 195 characters in standard edition/60 characters in the budget release) as the launch release of the biggest franchise in fighting games that had Sony backing the project. Cosmetic DLC that has no effect on the game is the only DLC unless you buy the budget release. Which they're doing so they can collect info and balance them properly for full customization later instead of letting releasing the game with broken balance and filled with infinites. Which small brazilian team are we talking about, the one they e-begged through crowdfunding or the one that e-begs with patreon? Or are we talking about the one that isn't being released globally/localized in multiple languages and being forced through a fuck load of rating boards which cost a fuck load of money? They went with the platform they have the most experience with and the one where the japanese audience mostly plays on. If they went on PC they would have an entire staff that has never released a PC game themselves before and kill 70 percent of their assured sales because japan doesn't play on PC. KOF was 60 dollars at launch and had massive financial backing from their new Chinese owners which is why they didn't have to rely so heavily on DLC or different pricing models.
Aaron Ramirez
The driver is free and is well documented in japanese:
Besides that, I agree. That's the best safe bet they can do and the way they talk, they can't even postpone the release date since EVO is the time where they can receive the most free exposure. Even costumes as DLC would be a risk and it looks it didn't do well for KOFXIV since they stopped after that last DLC batch last year and the new one is only the 4 characters besides the big balance patch.
They're trying something that they can still cope if it fails. Capcom can bleed anything they want with SFV and MvCI since they have so many other revenues be it from arcade machines, mobile stuff or even how RE7 proved to be successful and now they can swim in money from MonHun World. Even SNK can survive banked by their mobile division and now many chinese licensed stuff.
What do you think a "complete" fighting game is then? The only thing truly locked are the color packs. They opted for fixed gougi decks for balancing purposes. If anything this Gougi stuff reminds me of the Arcana system to customize your character but not like the unbalanced shitfest that is Injustice2.
Also, many "small brazilian studios" uses government funds to bank them and PC is the only relevant platform in the country since consoles have absurd price tags and that's the opposite of Japan. Microsoft is almost non-existent there.
TRAF is being developed for Steam only at the time with Brazilian Portuguese and English languages as far as I know. A Closed Beta for backers is in the works by late-march, I think.
Now are all forgetting this motherfucker exists in this game?
Noah Rogers
The drivers are free, it's just when when updated drivers for the controllers drop and the PS4 firmware updates; the updating fees for PSN are all on the developer. That's where the cost comes in. That's why a lot of smaller anime fighters/indie fighters on PSN don't have legacy support, they aren't expecting enough sales to do periodic updates to continue the support. Chaos Code had the a situation like that on PS4; it had legacy support at launch but a few months after release legacy controllers stopped working because driver updates. Then it took ASW forever to fix the problem
and you think that makes it OK? Hell no! This was bullshit back when capcom did it to SF III, and since that happen more and more Japanese developers kept doing it. They managed to port games to many consoles before, like Gamcube and 360, but when using an engine that is ready for PC they could not even try? I don't by that. I think this is just them making sure they will control the environment better. I mean, if indie japanese developers can port games like Mitsurugi Kamui Hikai to PC, Xbox One and PS4, I can bet Arika can do at least a PC release. And about the translation, EX games never had much of anything to translate. The first EX games endings had no text at all, and that never changed much later in the series. Except they had even less to show after arcade mode.
Before you keep repeating that, remember Vanguard Princess? The game by pretty much one guy? They could not do more than him? Really? And he also released it for free. It does have in the price! We are talking about a game that is already saying it will have day one DLC. How can you people ignore this?
And that makes them bigger than Arika in any way? I already showed examples of Japanese indie developers that also did the same. It shows that Arika is WORSE than smaller, inexperienced studios. First, they are not aiming at the japanese audience as you think. That is why they are going on twitch, facebook, and twitter. They want it globally. And if we are talking about experience, they would need to release this game on arcades or the 3DS. They have more games in those platforms. You are correct. But KOF also had a Physical release. And before you say more, I must say that smaller indie games also manage to get Physical Releases nowadays. Many in fact. They could do it, since Play Asia is helping plenty of smaller developers in that regard, and you know they would probably work with Arika too.
No day one DLC is the first thing a complete game could aim for. Is that simple. And about the financial help for governments? A small fraction of teams managed to get a hold on it, most don't. And yeah, TRAF was one of the ones who tried but could not.
I am quite a bit surprised how people have been getting blind by the way the companies have been operating. Seriously, they are doing a game that looks fun, but they are also making the same fucking mistakes Capcom did before. And you people think it is OK now because it is Arika? Hell, they could not even publish their one fighter anywhere else to this day, it still locked in arcades and emulators because they could not port it anywhere else. This is not something that is really hard to do. They are getting plenty of free press and a very warm reception from most fans, just to say, yeah, 60 dollars for 13 characters, one of which is a version of another character, and the colors will be DLC. I know they said the DLC will be add later, but that is not certain at all. And I am saying this as someone who is pissed by the fact I will not be able to play it, because they do not even know for sure if a PC version will happen.
Adam Anderson
I don't know much aside from reading developers posting around but fees for indie developers are much lower than regular publishers on PSN. But you must be registered as that. Maybe being banked by ArcSys made things go "the regular way"?
But yeah, the worst thing on consoles is a single fuck up during a patch can compromise the game for weeks before a fix like KOFXII with its, albeit funny, glitch Raiden had with Elisabeth. Or XIV fucking up its online making Party Battle the only viable mode at release. SFV fucking up their netcode many times during the first year and so on. Not even a simple rollback can be done quickly.
Wyatt Sanders
That's similar to how I do ez electrics, I hit 2 and forwards with the same hand, pointer finger on towards and ring finger on 2. Isn't an option if you get switched to 2p side unfortunately
Ian Edwards
Complete products don't have different versions with different prices. They are showing that they are yet another greedy developer team that want to board the "DLC scam" train(wreck).
Their actions are what matters. They revealed themselves as another greedy studio. If it is by bad influence, disinformation or any other explanation, it does no matter. Don't give money to greedy assholes, even if they come from glorious nippon.
You have no power. Impotent soyboys won't stop us from ruining the profits of greedy studios.
That does not excuses them for implementing paid DLC. All paid DLC are bad. Paid COLORS and having any number of characters held by paywalls is even worse. Complete games have one price and all content all at once.
Caleb Rivera
The customizable hardware the PC presents is leagues more difficult to program for than any console, especially for the Japanese and especially for a small company such as Arika. So you've paid zero attention to their development thus far. They are releasing in about a dozen different languages, each of which requires a PSN store descripiton, menu descriptions, and legal disclaimers, all of which must be held to the highest/most expensive standard lest they run afoul of the law.
Shit, you're right. I'd better go ask indie developers why they expect me to pay for their games instead of making them all freeware. I admit I've never played VP but even detailed sprites like that are less costly for one guy to make than the UE4 models FEXL has. If you buy the version with less stuff. You could also consider not being retarded and buy the version with "full game" written across the front. And most of their sales will likely still come from Japan. I'm going to go out on a limb and say games such as 3DS Classics: Kirby Adventure did not give them the necessary development experience to make a fighting game for the 3DS.
Provide sources for these or fuck off. I won't scroll through a Brazilian social media page to find what you're talking about, and I don't import games so I know little about PlayAsia.
Oh, never mind, you have fetal alcohol syndrome.
Jack Walker
The funny part is how developers keep doing it more and more, and we can see how people here are getting more OK with it.
Whatever you say dude. I can see very small studios with inexperienced devs are more competent than an studio with decades of history, with developers that also have that much time of experience.
Blake Smith
Everything you said just made me sure that always pirating and always boycotting those companies is the right thing to do.
It is not being accepted. But it is being defended by shills. Paid, or corporate cock-suckers and brand loyalists. Never let greedy studios or companies normalize their scams. The way that Arika is selling their game is a complete extortion scheme. Avoid it, and alert normalfags of it. Never let greedy assholes prosper.
Dominic Jenkins
I wouldn't count the Gougi System as adding additional characters. Arcana Heart does give you new moves with every Arcana while also changing your health, damage, mechanics, and some combo strings. Melty's Moon Phases changes the characters move set while also making them work with different mechanics. The Gougi System are mainly passives like the invisible dashing and some super armor. Many of the other properties being multipliers. It doesn't really add new moves like the Arcana system or Moon Phase system.
As for colors, it would heavily depend on how many you start off with. I think they shouldn't be DLC. Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax Ignition and UNIST come with a great amount of colors for free. Their DLC mainly being on announcers. Overall it's not needed but not something I could get upset over. Now if half the colors were behind DLC, I would think that's bullshit.
That was a side project by one guy that took ages to make. It was a work of passion so it makes sense that he wouldn't mind releasing it for free. You can't have a company with a few devs working for free and for that long. The longer they work the more they have to pay. The roster size is just fine, but I agree it's not worth $60. UNIST and UNIEL wasn't $60 on release. A better comparison would be to a smaller dev team like the devs that made Yatagarasu.
You call them greedy but I don't see that being the case at all. Greedy would be hiding basic features behind DLC. Greedy would be having a huge chunk of the roster behind day 1 DLC (or charging half the cast as DLC). Greedy would be cutting out half the soundtrack, on the disc, as DLC (Gundam Versus). Greedy would be would be having a very important mechanic behind DLC (SFxT gem system). Greedy would be charging a ton of money to make characters in a game (Arcana Heart 3 LMSS kickstarter. I have a feeling half of those funds went to AH4 and Million Arthur). Akira has done none of these. The worst offender being DLC colors.
Bentley Miller
Implementing DLC is greedy enough. Games must always come complete, without any content behind extra payment. One base price (no more than $60). One payment. All the content. Anything else is greediness and must be stopped.
Colton Rodriguez
Not him but TRAF lost the chance to get government funds to a Top Gear clone for mobile that its PS4 port is currently in limbo. They tried crowdfunding two times and managed to fund themselves on the second one. For now they work with only these funds with a 3rd party programming company on a profit-shared relationship.
As for PlayAsia stuff, SNK did something similar with Heroines as like it or not their only western physical distributor is the official NISA online store.
user, the doujin scene is dead. Mobileshit and gatcha killed it with only a few eroges, last renmains of Tohou and Kemono stuff left.
Normalfags needs to know this game even exist first.
Million Arthur was already near its release in Japan during the crowdfunding. And honestly, I would be happy if AH4 was a thing but from the looks of it, if they got everything they wanted, they would call the game AH4 with a new VN story.
David Cooper
Why people only read about the free part? I never said once FEXL should be free. I said that 60 dollars was too much, and I still believe that is the case. I would never pay 60 for a game the size of SF V, and now they want that much money for even less! What I was trying to say is that one guy could make a game with a comparable scope. Arika is a studio, even if a small one. There is no reason for them to not even try to release the game in other platforms. Unreal have plenty of documentation available. And we know small studios can port games to consoles and they in fact do, but Arika is just more incompetent, I guess. By the way, if the game is released on PC, if it have the complete version for a reasonable price, I will get it. I still have EX 1 and 3, and I find them great games. I like the characters, but I'm not blind, and I'm pretty damn burned by these companies already. That is why I will also not get BB Cross until it is over and done. I will not touch a turd that planned to sell half of it's cast as DLC, even when most of the cast was already done in other games, and will probably not have anything new to them. If people want to help a small developer that wants to deliver something, go for E's Laf 2, only three guys, second game, free to download, they even want it in english too. -eslaf.main.jp/2/index.html-

(((Journos))) will always try to infect small studios with their SJW pandering by making their games be more known to normalfags. Strike before them.

Not all DLC is bad (not excusing the colors) but now it just comes off as you're boycotting it not because it's very anti-consumer, but that it simply has DLC. Yet you are willing to pay 60 dollars for it?
They did say they were making AH4 but it's still in production. They're most likely split between MAAB and AH3SS. Now that MAAB is released I'm assuming they are split between AH4 and AH3SS.
I agree with you about no PC release and that it shouldn't be sixty. People gave you shit about the free point because it wasn't a good example to compare it to which is why people said Yatagarasu is a better comparison.
I think he is being sarcastic.
I like the new design.
Ethan Ross
I didn't used Yatagarasu because it was crowdfunded. And after that, there was the whole Necalis stealing most of their money later. Vanguard was self funded, and it was published by the developer, even if for free, and later on a developer did put it on Steam, and then there was the whole stupid thing with the DLC, but the blame was solely on the publisher in that case. I think this might not be something that will startle many "fans", but let me say this: People will not pay 60 bucks for this when they can get, for the same amount, or even less, pretty much any other fighter in the market. And pretty much any other fighters in the market can also be played on PCs. Even small titles like Battle High 2+ was released on both Steam, itchio and XBONE. When every single competitor that you should care about is on that platform, it means that you might need to take a look at it. One thing I am still curious, why they didn't add one single character exclusive from FL. At least one would be interesting, since most people never heard of them before.
Jayden Powell
I'll take some shallow DLC I wouldn't bother get if it means they don't have to resort to crowdfunding and end at the mercy of a bunch of autists with too much money.
Andrew Reyes
Anyone still playing DBFZ want to clear a few things up for me? I can only rely on my PC experience which I wouldn't have bothered with but my friends don't play fighting but wanted this. This has been my experience so far. Anyone else playing on PC or not, tell me if this has been happening to you:
This means that no fight is ever as smooth as you see against a CPU or in a replay. It used to be nigh-perfect at launch but now goes downhill even when not at peak hours. Still not Rev2 "netcode" experience where you need all green or perfect but we're getting there.
Quite possibly the main problem with the PC version is that you don't know besides in all likelihood if Denuvo is the culprit with the poor connections and inconsistent performance in multiplayer. Denuvo apologists insist that it simply unlocks the game but that contradicts its main function as constantly needing a connection, and that connection is for constantly verifying the copy as legitimate or not. This potentially means that if Denuvo has poor connection speed and Bandai is notoriously cheap, your gameplay is affected by your, Bandai's, and Denuvo's connectivity. The worst part is not even that but that everything at this point is still speculation - not knowing who is the main culprit. And the final insult is how there are so many Denuvo apologists that won't let people move past speculation and suggest solutions on how to test to see who among each suspect is the true culprit(s).
A favorite move by a newb or desperate newb but still terrible considering every Level 3 is instant which makes you wonder if it had invincibility frames to begin with which wouldn't be necessary.
As seen mostly by characters with a sliding kick like Trunks or Adult Gohan. Players using either often follow up from their knockdowns with a sliding kick. Right before it they're moving straight at you and push your character closer to the wall. I'm really hoping this is due to poor connection where you blocking is not detected in the brief window you have.
These are the main issues that have confused me but there's a lot of minor ones I remember after playing. I should disclose I've never played MvC and its variations before so I don't know if the small but impactful gameplay design choices are carry overs that ASW copy-pasted and that's why they're a nuisance.

And nothing else, nor having to download new characters. Having DLC is bad enough to not buy a game. Any hidden content must be accessible by playing the game and not by future downloads and/or extra payment.
Having nothing is still a better option than having a game with DLC characters already planned before it even releases.
Never pay greedy studios.
Colton Wilson
Never pay more than what you know the game is worth

I might be late, but fuck it. If you got the time, you can easily get homebrew on your PS2 with a thumbstick or external HDD. As for suggestions, KOF '98UM, 2002UM and XI, Tekken 5 and SCII/III are mandatory. Then there's stuff like NGBC, GGXXAC+R (I forgot which version it was), Arcana Heart, MBAA, VF4E, HnK, and even more obscure choices like Kinnikuman Muscle Grand Prix 2. Still, if you want to play games while drunk you should play simpler, more flashy shit.
I guess it's a good thing that Falcoon is kept on a cage working for that not-BNHA mobile game.
Jayden Robinson
Or even better: pirate it if anything in the game is not perfectly aligned with what you want.
Anthony Cox
Donating implies both, devs at your mercy: Consumer rights 101. This applies to all software. Physical goods and services since are tangible, thus require producer set price since they have an actual cost of operations. The rest is demand value and trading dynamics: haggling, discounts, bundles, bidding, etc. Succinct: Donate or BTFO
Adrian Smith
Denuvo. Every problem is due to Denuvo. Bandai sorely fucked up and fucked everyone else on PC by putting Denuvo into a fast-paced fighting game. It's so bad that they put a video on jewtube explaining that they plan to fix the online issues but never go into detail about what those issues are or how they plan to fix them. Really makes you think. And the reason why is because the issues are out of their hands and because of Denuvo.
When you're playing, either you or the opponent can have a different connection to Denuvo. You can usually get an idea about how bad your performance will be for the short duration after you start playing by how long it takes for your computer to complete the green bar at startup. The longer it takes, the more the latency is between you and Denuvo's servers. How this affects the game means that the reason why you can't block on wake up or why the person can do a Level 3 on wakeup is because you have a worse connection to Denuvo.
Angel Peterson
Any other videos of absurd combos or impractical shit that deals insane damage in fighters? The one in this video is actually practical consider how it starts and Akane has no trouble putting people in the corner. Of course, the enemy would have to not burst too.

Like there's no need for you to act like a zany, leftist-sjw faggot here, you fucktard moron. This isn't fucking Youtube where riding off Dsp's tiny lolcow dick will get you asspats, you stupid sjw fuck. Maybe the scummy SoCal FGC will finally look at you and your shitty videos if you keep sucking Capcom and Ono's dicks like your sjw mentor Maximilian (which I doubt it because you suck dick at fighting games like you suck dick at life).
Here's a reminder you fucked up a Batman PC port as a shitty QA guy, and you also ruined KI with the Iron Galaxy Sjws, you stupid worthless fuck. Kill yourself because your cat probably thinks you're a worthless faggot like your ex for being a leftist-sjw cunt.

I'm not going to lie: I just don't like Blair's design. Maybe I'll like it whenever I get to see the animations. She just looks really stiff. I like everybody else's, and the stories are also pretty cool so far.
Lost interest in this. I get they're trying to be on their own, but unless you can unlock the disc-locked shit I lost interest in the game.
2 is way better than 5 Special, but Special is good. You have to get used to the mechanics in 5.
Gen-An and Charlotte are up there too, but compared to most fighters out there the balance is decent. Didn't Ukyo require some effort to land attacks?
Nicholas Nguyen
Just google "game name" + combo video on youtube
Lucas Bell
That is why fighting games should always give free demos or free character rotation. So that people can try the game and decide on their own rather than blindly trusting reviews from buyfags or piratefags that couldn't for example play online or access some features (KI shadow lab comes to mind) Therefore anyone who doesn't buy the game after trying the free demo/characters can justifiable say the game wasn't for them. And anyone pirating after that is either justified for not affording the game which means they weren't going to buy anyway or someone who would drop the game quickly anyway.

Good luck finding anything on Tekken's Zafina or Soul Calibur's Rock. The Bears have more resources than Zafina, and they're supposed to be intentional joke characters unlike Zafina. Rock is just trash-tier after Soul Edge because Astaroth is a thousand times better than Rock.
And faggots bitch about sjw shit and fgx bullshit being brought up here? This is even faggier and more pathetic.

Sweet. Less sweet. The SF2 and Tekken sets will still be worth my time, at least.

I'm thinking this is what it looks like under the Mai cosplayer's dress with the mai and 2b art, though I've seen some DOA Kasumi cosplayers that have the part of the dress that rides up their cracks wear another pair of panties with transparent plastic for the pantie strings to give the illusion from far away that the front cloth flap is all that's keeping you from their attention whore muffs.

SFV made me quit Street Fighter. No more tournaments for me unless it's ST.
Is any Soul Calibur balanced and fun?
Jack Gray
So are most of the other ports.
It's also because of faggots who post their fetish shit, shit heads like Geoff and Cabbagepots posting their dumb shit (calling them out isn't getting triggered, you fucking retard), and retards thinking people want to legitimately talk about Shit Fighter V. No one gives two fucks about Japanese streams for shit games like Tekken 7 and Shit Fighter V, or dead as fuck games like VF5 or DoA beyond "VF when." DBFZ discussion died when people realized the game's shit and netcode is unsurprisingly ass. You will never see any discussion on shit fighter V because SFV is shit.
Closest thing to a Soul Calibur that's balanced might be 1 or 2. Everything after 2 is broken shit (3 had Sophitia, 4 had Hilde).
Sebastian Gomez
was meant for
Also how do I Akatsuki? I have a short and shit bnb but what attacks are good to press to stop attacks. I've been hit out of A attacks because I'm 2 pixels from the opponent and get countered by most everyone's longer normals. I'm most likely just shit at getting used to the reach of my normals but is pressing B better in most situations? Total noob question so if I'm asking something weird or just completely dumb/nonsensical, please let me know.
Jose Baker
If people doesn't want to talk any SF V then just let the post go ignored instead of acting like an ape.
Ryder Morris
It needs to be brought up that Shit Fighter V is trash, and anyone who tries to play it seriously let alone casually should be ashamed of themselves for supporting a shitty broken game with sjw-approved censorship. Don't it like it? You can ignore what I'm saying too and fuck off or go back to Neogaf or Reddit, faggot.

You just need to learn how to punish. Besides not dealing high damage like Haohmaru, he can effortless punish many stuff that he he probably shouldn't or any other character can. Poke at him and eat damage. He can mix you up, run from you or pressure you with rushdown. I think Gen-an is not that great. Jubei is better just like Charlotte but they are closer to the rest of the cast than to Ukyo. He's on a tier on his own.
I like V Special more than II because of the movement options but I know my Nakoruru will have a really hard time against Kusaregedo who knows his stuff. You can like II as much as you want but you can't ignore the characters in this case, only one at the top. Just like KOF'98 or even XIV: The pool of low to mid tiers is is huge and even some high tiers are not all that far in matchup strenght but you can't ignore the 5 to 6 god-tier characters in both games.
You have no idea. Maybe "dead" is a pretty strong word but ever since 2010 the scene is dwindling as time passes. Very few new blood, many stuf being developed to mobile instead of PC and mobile games sometimes demands a bunch of artists leaving a shortage for the scene, many doujin shops closing in Akihabara although now there are more online retailers so international fans have an easier time to buy stuff and these events being the biggest exposure to the devs. Where are the new big name circles like Type Moon or 07th? Many authors now are now picked by publishers who only care about sales numbers and have high editorial influences.
But thanks for the video. Is anyone willing to webm the fighting games presented there? Can't do from work here.
How is that have anything to do with FEXL or my post?
My friend has the PS4 version so I don't know if Denuvo has anything to do with your end but online is still weird in this game. We can play fine players from the same region or city but sometimes the room simply doesn't load.
As for other complains, I don't see any problem with lvl 3s being unblockable. Many are insanely unsafe or telegraphed so they can't do it raw and eat a vanish punish. And the sliding thing is probably an online tatic. Try it in training mode but I doubt it there's a retarded unblockable set up like that and is not used in tournaments At least that I saw
The main difference from MvC is that you can't really use assists to protect yourself. The game is really offensive but with deflects, vanish and other defensive options it's not as oppresive.
Not really balanced. II and V are what you would call the most competitive but in the first one you have Xianghua and in the other Viola although the only EVO the game had, one of the worst characters, Tira, won the tournament. The console version of III is broken the fixed Arcade version was never released outside of the arcades but really fun for the single player content. IV is just busted and you should get only if you really like the Star Wars characters.
It's all about different styles. II has more 3D movement with guard canceling to bait Guard Impact while V is more linear in line with 2D mechanics like EX moves and supers. VI looks to be more like V but with stuff from II back.
ST has supers :^) A friend send me a HD Remix code from that Humble Bundle sale Capcom did. How do you feel about that game besides the Udon redesings?
You are dog crap
Besides the censored intro, from what I read all ACA ports are as faithful as it promisses. Shame for no online but at least is easier to do locals.
Luke Long
They got their start by stealing jokes from other youtubers and TV shows and taking advantage of the LP craze when it was in it's prime. Only absolute retards enjoy them, and as you know, youtube is full of such people, hence why they seem popular despite having nothing of value to their name.
Gavin Fisher
Is there some trick to doing "gates of hell" with Kazuya?
most of your better abare buttons only work at range 0 to 1 but you also have your dp and parry, which if implemented properly will make people very scared to throw you. the metered version can even be used to punish some frametraps & overheads. the point being that if you can make the opponent scared of throwing you or letting you in then they'll stick to safe pressure which can easily be shielded and put grd & momentum in your favor. keep in mind that uni is a game where you don't necessarily want or need to be mashing out of pressure because good defense will naturally give you your turn, but knowing how to do it is still good.
I have been curious about BB for a while seems like a good chance to try it out, really disappointed about the $9 tier though, was hoping for REV. But at least it comes with Not Smash
Joseph Lopez
Just saw one thread the other day on Steam Discussion forums where a Denuvo cuck apologist got his apologizing ass handed to him by someone who pointed out damning information over and over. It's a blip on the radar compared to the constant Denuvo dindu nuffin that gets posted repeatedly.
The killshot was that Denuvo apologists insist that all it does is check your steam key every few weeks but this is actually the least it does, it has a real-time anti-cheat tool built in that like any realtime anti-anything slows down input. Since this information has to be sent back to Denuvo, what you're left with is performance dependent on your connection to Denuvo, essentially making the game always-online.
