Shell: climate changing ‘at faster rate than at any time since end of ice age’

Did you know: even oil giant Shell tried to warn us about climate change? And they did so in 1991.

So, first you do Subway advertisement, now you are doing Shell advertisement. Fucking capitalist sellout.

Why does it matter if I kill all the boomer parasites if they're going to die eventually anyway?

I thought the Subway article was funny. I've never bought anything at Subway in my life and I'm using this flag only for the OP.

Also don't think I'm defending a company, only that even an oil company knows climate change is a thing.

We would actually be in a period of cooling if not for human activity

Well, about that...

Check the other reply you fucking retard.

I want to cut his face off and wear it while I eat your face

You must be blind if you don't see the sources on the side LOL

You really should grow out of your edgy teenager phase Hoochie

Good.

It's back in style

I have never met a boomer who was not an absolute shitter. Even the ones who will say their generation fucked everything up also say "yeah well I'm retired or retiring soon, so it's your problem now. nothing personnel, kid" and will flat-out deny that economic collapse would touch them.

You're not thinking of that theory in the '60s that factory growth would exponentially continue until the aerial pollutants blocked out the sun

Kind of defies the "if not for human activity" part, don't you think?

I fucking hate that they will probably die without facing any consequences from their actions. They should all be tortured to death now to fucking compensate for all the suffering they caused us. Bastards.

Better to take half their shit now and half their shit when they die. I want to laugh at them when they cry about "death taxes"

Tbh it would be harder on them if we had a commie tsunami in their lifetime and simply excluded them from enjoying the benefits. Let them sit there and watch but because they're too old to work let them subsist on social security.

Material possessions is basically all they care about so they really need to be hit where it hurts.

Nah, the earth has cyclical trends of average warming and cooling, we should be in a cooling tend right now

How long until things get bad do you think?

ten or twenty years before we see the really big impact. but by 2100, we'll see three meters or more of sea level rise. and then there's the drougts.

How likely will we cyber/geoengineer?

Everyone on this board will be long dead before anything "major" happens, and realistically the west will already be part of the caliphate by then, so "climate change" really won't be a concern at that point at any level.

Major things are already happening.

All I see are whites tripping over themselves to go green (and paying the price economically) while the rest of the world gleefully destroys the planet in the name of profit.

go back to your containment board

How about you fuck back off to /r/socialism you prissy neolib piece of shit?

We are anti idpol not pro-white nationalist idpol

I've been here longer than you, faggot. Don't even try that "we" shit with me.

Fuck off. You even talk like a poltard. Don't come where you are not welcome.

You really need to fuck back off to /r/socialism. You faggots publicly shit your pants and out yourselves the moment you encounter any non-pussified succdem opinions. You don't even attempt to refute them.

kindly kys.

Communists don't debate white nationalists, we bury them

Literally "gun death"-tier. Misleading stats like that is why you have so many fucking deniers.

Keep digging that hole, succdem. anclap/aut rightists may want to give you a helicopter ride, but Islam is going to get you first and toss your ass off a fucking building.

corporations are not to be trusted
porky is kill

Why do people consider "per capita" metrics *less honest* than gross? China has 1.3 billion people. The U.S. has less than s third of that, and yet still competes with it in carbo emissions– which is a different thing that pollution in general, by the way. But if China was actually split into two different countries, the U.S. would be the overwhelmingly massive producer of carbon emissions because it's so wasteful and generates so much pollution per person. The hypothetical China 1 and China 2 wouldn't be overshadowed on the discussion. That's besides the fact that China is taking the helm in alternative energy.

But answer my first question: why do you consider a more informative metric, per capita consumption, less honest that a gross?

"Gun death" tier is the exact OPPOSITE. It's NOT using per capita numbers to contextualize data, but instead presenting big numbers to scare people.
