Devil's advocate here. Origins looks so good, were it any other developer making it it would get GOTY all over the place. All the hieroglyphics can be translated, the map is fuck huge and not only includes Egypt, but Alexandria as well. I'd never buy it du to being a ubishit game, but is it worth a pirate? I'd say yes just for the technological accomplishments alone.

It depends on how much Denuvo charges for a license. Since research shows the vast majority of a given games sales happen within the first month, you'd be 100 percent correct to say that Ubisoft shouldn't care, unless of course they paid top-dollar for a Denuvo license, otherwise it's another blow to Denuvo, because otherwise it's a waste of money to pay for an expensive DRM license if it's going to be cracked anyways when they could've saved money and gone with a simpler DRM solution or even something in-house to keep pirates off at least that precious first month.

GOTY just because it looks good? The game is mind-numbingly repetitive even for an Ubisoft game. There are like two or three variations on the side missions and they repeat constantly. Then you go back to the main quest and it feels like the same shit anyway. They made a huge map but didn't fill it with anything interesting to do.
