PC GTAV is the modern gen version which is a world apart from the last gen in terms of graphical intensity. Though I haven't played too many other "current gen" games outside of Dark Souls 3, SFV, and P. CARS 2. All of which also perform well (Performed in the case of SFV because I'm not gonna touch that trash again).

Oh and Shadow Warrior 2 runs well also, if that counts. I'm having a lot of trouble just thinking of games because this gen sucks dick.

From what I've seen they added a bunch of Nvidia Gameworks tech for hair, cloth, wind and such. If it does not utilize Nvidia SLI then you won't be maxing it out at 4K that's for sure.

It runs well enough. (except for one or two freezes) My problem is that it looks like shit, with all the blur and smear and aliasing and pop-in and texture quality that is in no relation to the files size. I think it looks better on Standard than on high, because there is less blur and smear.

I thought CPUs from the time were still holding up? Then again I'm not too well informed about AMD in that area. I'm just using a 4690k and I hope to keep it for a couple more years because I don't feel like changing my mobo. And because I don't want to spend because I'm strapped.
