Regardless on your epic opinion of gender, transitioning and societal acceptance has decreased the suicide risk of a population highly at risk. Suicide is a huge killer of young people (really all people), so reducing it in any way is important.

I think they embody a simple truth: that gender is a "spook" we are structurally slaved to, but that they deal with this in a way contrary to this conclusion by assuming the solution is to then just fuck around with the social construct using actual science (often pseudo-science) and unsconsiously synthesizing perfectly with the dominant ideology by entering the market to purchase their happiness at a psychiatrist and surgeon.

Just because you're hearing about it more and in result of that noticing it more doesn't mean it's happening more. There should be more scientific studies on it's causes and possible cure options so surgery isn't the firsts or only option for such persons.

No, we really wouldn't. Not in the same sense. There's a difference between:
A) Convincing someone they are the "wrong gender" (while at the same time insisting gender is a social construct… ergo, made-up), and that we now need to intervene physically and chemically to "fix" this admittedly made-up wrongness, and…
B) Observing that genetic defects are indeed a thing, and therefore doing everything possible to limit their spread and encouraging the spread of healthy genes.
But… those are all hereditary. I didn't realize this was controversial… anywhere… to anyone.
I understand this would seem like a crazy policy if you don't believe negative traits are hereditary. But, for sake of argument, if we imagine that negative traits are passed on genetically, would you not say this is a sound policy for a socialist state?
In any society, you will find those that produce more than they need, those that produce less than they need, and those that come out roughly equal. In a socialist society, there is a social contract to spread some of the "bonus" production to those who are in need. This, I think we can agree, is well and good. It prevents the suffering of those in need and lifts the society as a whole.
But if the needy segment of society is allowed to grow unchecked, while the even and over-producers gradually diminish, what does that bode for the future of this society? Sooner or later, the deficit in production on the needy end outweighs the bonus from the productive end, and the whole thing collapses on itself. You get hyper inflation, you run out of commodities, then you run out of necessities, riots, disorder, famine, mass death. The same pattern has repeated itself over and over again in socialist states that refused to acknowledge this fundamental flaw in the model. It's simply not sustainable.
Which is why Nazi Germany decided to install a filter, to remove the most burdensome segments of society of the gene pool. Not kill them. Not torture them. Not let them suffer. But take care of them and feed them… for a price: The burden they place on their society must end with them.
