HR was a sloppy mess but the highest of garbage? nah. it didn't give a shit about the lore in a lore heavy universe, the final act of the game is a mess, the cut content is obvious, but as far as an actual game goes, it's a pretty decent attempt at keeping up with the originals design philosophy.
