More importantly what's your favorite track?

I forgot thread theme

Nowadays junkies like this are all antifa or gay liberals.

They have always been that.

JSR isn't a very good game. It's music holds up an other wise complete mess.

Just post the porn and pretend you're discussing a game.

Every jet set radio thread needs to be reminded this exists
jetsetradio.live/

Which JSR girl would you have as your good for nothing bad influence girlfriend

I'd have anything with vagina as my girlfriend at this point tbh.

Don't you ever say that

...

Gotta check those.

I always played Corn because he's got the best hat.

(checked)
Yoyo, or Cube
That's Enough [JSRF mix] or The Answer

Who's the kike in the game?

Loved JSR. How the emulation for future? Mew is still in it right?

You anons might like VeloCITY, a /tg/ original RPG made by a half-chan namefag back when half-chan was still good.(He still updates it, oddly enough)
It's basically JSR: The tabletoppening, mixed in with a few other concepts like Air Gear.
The same guy also happened to design the Super Mario Tabletop RPG.

Cube. I didn't like her design in Future, I didn't like the setting of Future either. Why do you guys prefer Future's cyberpunk over the original's 90s optimism, gameplay?

Literally the most useless character in the game next to Yoyo.

Also favorite track.

Oh man, they updated the site since I last checked. Didn't know they got a live radio now, too.

That's kinda disappointing. The song selection is bigger it seems, but I wish they'd let you pause or skip backwards.

Nice lucky quads.

I like mew because striped stockings.
Favorite track is Rock it On.

I only got it the day it came out on steam, only got half the achievements and feel like playing something less graphic intensive before my new graphics card arrives in the mail.
I feel like I enjoy the idea of a game with custom sprays more than I should.
I sadly probably spent more time making custom sprays in actual programs and shrinking them down to use in game than I did playing the game, had a lot of fun doing it though.

All my sprays said gamergate but I recently saw a gamergate image that was done in the Jet Set style and have been itching to try and import ever since.

They came together to make one song, and that song is embedded in my childhood

champion coming through

Best song coming through. Mostly played the game with Gum and Cube.

You can pause by clicking and holding the skip button. Also can't copypastaing song names which is kind of annoying.

Well that was fun.
I think I'll make the other 2 sprays just say something edgy in a conventional graffiti font.

...

Honestly I have no idea why anyone would prefer Future. The "garage" is 0/10 on the comfy scale, it went from an actual garage with a pinball machine and a bunch of friends chilling out to some weird half skatepark half parking lot with 100 ft tall speakers all out in the open. I will say that I liked the speed and the verticality of the maps. Too bad it's stuck in 4:3 when emulating on 360.

lel, 10/10

Good number. Noise Tanks are the best character/crew/everything.Except in JSR, they look like ass Second best is either Clutch or Jazz. Same stats either way anyways

Yeah she's in JSRF but I think she has a different name? I don't remember its been awhile.

Nice.

Yeah, JSR's Garage is more comfy than the one in Future. But at least it feels more immersive due to everything being connected.

Mew's name was changed to Rhyth

miss replyed

Tab/Corn and Birthday Cake

There is someone managing it, though. Occasionally, the music will be interrupted to put on requests.

The camera is ass and the gameplay is stiff but once you get the hang of it and start chaining combos it's a 10/10, only big gripe is the gameplay is cut into levels instead of open-world.

Nevermind lad, I decided to play her again because I was bored of Cube and she is fucking SPEED.

You mind telling me us how to make custom sprays please?

While in the garage in the Dreamcast version Gum wore no underwear and her pussy was modeled

Remember to watch Air Gear if you haven't

UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF LOVE

Any good torrents for this?

You think you can just say stuff like that and not post proof?

It's almost like those are the kind of people who like fun

Mew is the only valid choice

Does the android app still run like ass? It used to be my go-to for groovy beats but Spotify won me over with its superior performance and song selection.

I'd hatefuck her and impregnate her repeatedly until she stops aborting the little shits and calms the fuck down.

...

HUH!

Oh man, you've reminded me of an antifa kid at my uni who keeps on skating around the campus with rollerblades, blaring headphones, and a can of spraypaint. Looked like a JSR character.

I'm not unpacking my Dreamcast just for that. You can glitch the camera against the pinball machine whilst in there to see everything.

Paramount taste, anons.

her name was Rhyth in Japan in JSR
Tab's name was Corn as well

perceived name changes are a result of direct carryover from Japan rather than inexplicable changes

Why is this a good JSR inspired game?

Bartards and SJWs != liberals

Trust me, I once knew a dude who kept ranting about Alex Jones and shit. Guy was gobbling bars like no tomorrow. Used to buy weed off of him but I stopped cause I couldn't stand him. Eventually he got kicked off campus and now I think he's in jail for murder. Guy was fucking crazy.

Ah, a fellow purveyor of the fine arse, I see.

Actually, her name was Bis in JSR in Japan. Corn was still Corn, though.

Damn nice. You did good, son.

Gum. No contest.

...

Dope

Favorite track right there. Fuck yeah Richard Jacques.

ah shit, you're right

okay, one nonsensical change

...

Sega doesn't want money

Can't decide between this song and sweet soul brother, but i played as gum or mew the most so probably one of them

Honestly if I were Sega I would have shot this down, too. It's a pretty weak proof of concept, mostly trying to sell the designs and look of the game, which look very different from the other games, and not in a good way.
On the other hand, if I were Sega, I would be making a new fucking Jet Set Radio on my own.

That proof-of-concept kinda sucks. I like Beat but I'd want to see more.

That is a fair way to look at it. JSR was a game people fell in love with because of its aesthetics and tone, and JSRF had the lesser art style but still had a rocking soundtrack and made a gameplay system no other games would attempt. The presentation they show there is good, its further down the JSRF line but it looks natural to Tokyo-To. Realistically if I were SEGA, I'd want to see gameplay first as JSRF exists and proves JSR has potential to be more than just visual styling and sick music.

...

Could a modern Sega make a decent sequel to JSRF?

Not only does it look weak; I remember someone pointing out the dev trying to stir something up with that has no history in game making or something. I'd rather it stay dead and buried than to risk JsR.

>this entire post besides the mew part

Still garbage, but it's making progress

...

For the normal characters I always liked Piranha. Yes, I do know I'm going to get shit for that here. I'm just glad the game wasn't released in current year or I know they would have made her cringy.

Unlockables gotta say both Noise Tanks and Love Shockers are pretty cool. Probably played as Noise Tanks most.

Cant really speak to JSRF.

...

What's wrong with Piranha?

He's probably referring to the "REEEEE NIGGERS!" morons who are infesting this imageboard.

Kill urself niggerlover.

She's still in the game but her name and design are changed and she looks ugly and her outfit is stupid as fuck

Nifty, but is there a way to stream it through VLC or mpv or something like that? In-browser stuff tends to rub me the wrong way.

GROSS.

She's still Chinese either way.

Honestly all of the redesigns in JSRF aren't as good as the originals as seen here

For music I love this, Sneakman, and 'Bout the City for the OST too.

I might be mistaken but isn't she wearing a virgin killer? At least it looks like it from that angle.

Agreed. The gameplay in future is a definite improvement, but the character redesigns are too noisy. The originals were nice and simple. It's probably because the devs felt like they should utilize the processing power of the Xbox more, so they added a lot more detail on the characters than they could on the Dreamcast. Unfortunately it didn't work out for most of them. Beat and Cube look alright, but that's about it. Even the redesigns in >>14083362's shitty proof of concept look better.

Didn't get to give it too much of a chance back in the day, but it seemed a bit too easy. You could just walk past massive sprays and keep pulling the trigger instead of doing the paint along segments that required a bit of planning and skill to evade the cops and gangsters chasing you and still get maximum points at the end. That was a bit of a letdown and probably why I never went out of my way to get the game.

I remember reading the team that made JSR still works at Sega, they just got renamed and now make stuff like Sonic at the Olympics. If at least the design leads haven't quit it's still a possibility that they could make it. And if not, I'm sure Sega has the means to put together a new team.
Now whether they actually want to risk bringing an old IP back from the dead is another question. The demand is obviously there, what with this not being the first pitch for a sequel. There was a pitch for the Wii as well.

Yes. Yes they could've back then and they can now. JSRF's mechanics are god tier when you master the rhythm based grinding and start fiddling around with timing boosts. Its very simple but the sense of speed is fantastic. Its just that certain things around those mechanics felt weaker. The combat is terrible, jsr had it better where you were chased by them. Certain levels were ass, sewers part 1 for example. JSRF is the ground work for a glorious speed based 3d platformer that SEGA just never used.

Shes a good consensual dicking away from being a trad wife.

my favorite jet set radio is squid lolis

Splatoon really does feel like a spiritual successor to JSR to me.

see

I heard the team got split up and sent to the 4 corners of Sega.

Yea except for more retarded meme shit.

...

that's only in the english "translation"

Reminder that Hideki Naganuma was confirmed for Dancing Moon Night.
