Something weird happened though, I noticed the smoke was very thick and brown
Kinda weird so I started to panic and turned off the power to that fryer
but it had chicken in it so I waited a couple seconds and turned it back on

Then black smoke appeared and i turned it off again and got the manager
drug her over and there was a boy who cried wolf moment
for like 30 secnds i turned it back on and told her to watch
and nothing happenedd
so we left it on and then it started billowing black smoke so she told me to turn it off and the guy from LEeets heating and refrigeration came to fix it

told me i had to drain the oil out so I did and it was all charred and black cause it got singed
said we'd have to dump it
so I took the 25 galles wwe had in this very awkward filter machine and wedged it over to the drain sink
tried to lift it up and it was pretty heavy
i had a very awkward angle too sos when i lifted it up i just barely got it into the sink
poured out maybe 3 or 4 gallons before it sllipped
then oil went all over the floor and over my boots and lower legs and i quickly stepped out of my boots and ran the hose on me
kinda embarassing
pretty painful for the rest of the day but its nothing more than some light blistering
