They showed off the cheats by stream snipping showing how good their cheats are. What Epic said is that because they are "reverse engineering Fortnite's code to cheat" its a violation of DMCA/Copyright agreement that you agree to when you get the game. So its not specifically stream sniping but selling cheats which goes against their DMCA agreement.
