You can get the mod from ModDB, you install it like every other source mod, so just follow the instructions and you'll be fine.

I have source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer installed.
You have to restart steam after installing it.

Didn't work.
Turns out that steam/source mods are a piece of shit that don't work if you install the mod in a steam library folder that isn't the one inside the main steam installation path.
The work around for this is to open cmd inside the sourcemods folder and use the mklink command to create a shortcut leading to the mod.
