20 weeks internship, I started 3 weeks later than my partner. They taught him the code, but not me.
Well, the language was the same as the one I was familar with, but in a framework. Something I had never used before.
Basically, I wrote the code and made the database work, and he translated it to the new way of working.
He was bad at it, and my coding at the time worked really well, but was really hard to oversee.
We went on vacation and paused it for a while. We learned to be better, and decided to look at it again for fun.
Horrible coding, no way to work with it, or even salvage anything of it.
RIP.

That means a 7 year old Tiefling (which is more or less equivalent to a 7 year old human) is fully trained in the handling and use of any simple and martial weapon.
Among other things.

Also, a Tiefling Skeleton has the typing of Undead [Native], which contradicts the wording of the Native subtype.

Because it was better than 4.0, and because it's what people are used to.

5.0 is different, and therefore worse.
