Oh, as far as game making resources, you have good old programming languages like Python, Java, and C(++) with free programs you can learn to program in like Code::Blocks (And guides on how learn these languages all over the internet). And, then, you also have the "Interface" programs like GameMaker and ClickTeam Fusion which have the code and engine already built for you so all you have to do is just design it. Given what I've been told, Java is the best language to start with (If you want to take it in that direction), meanwhile the interface programs are better overall for beginners because of the ability to immediately get right into the action of making games (And, there are free versions of both programs if you want to try them out).

Border security and faithful immigration enforcement _absolutely_ needs to come before granting permanent status. I say don't reward anyone with citizenship before the immigration security is running perfectly — not just promised security/enforcement like with Reagan's amnesty deal blunder. I'd give illegals a conditional temporary status in exchange. Anything reasonable here is fine as lot as it wasn't permanent and awarded unconditionally to bad offenders. Democrats would balk 100% though, so in this climate it probably either has to be a Republican legislation or let DACA expire completely.
