There WAS a listing for Bethesdas: Game of Thrones. Theres been a few youtube videos on it already. Target accidentally put it up prematurely i'm guessing.

A series of novels written by George R.R Martin dating back to the 1980s I believe. He's writing his 7th now. Though hes begun to take a ridiculously long time to finish one book at a time, to the point that it can take upwards of 7 years each. Most people worry he won't actually finish them.

As for the books themselves, they center around the events of the fictional land of Westeros, occasionally branching out into other regions if any of the POV characters head out of the main continent where the majority of the conflict is occurring. It's fundamentally a story about war and its politics between medieval houses, with a lurking army of monsters from an unknown land coming to westeros maybe while the different noble houses in westeros vie against each other to try and take control of the kingdom for themselves. It mostly got really popular in mainstream audiences after its debut on the HBO channel around 7 years back. Mostly popular due to its battles, deep politics between different people trying to outmaneuver their political opponents, and sex.

Not to mention Bethesda is fucking terrible at telling stories past Oblivion, and they were best in Morrowind/Daggerfall. Of all the people to hire to make a GOT game I've no idea why Bethesda was chosen, unless the emphasis will be on exploration of westeros, or one of its regions, and you play as some unnamed soldier during the wars.

Fallout 4 couldn't have Denuvo due to its need to be moddable. Denuvos anti-tamper made it so they couldn't add it. Contrast that to other zenimax games like Doom and Dishonoured 2, which both came with Denuvo. Unless Bethesda plans to use the outdated Gamebryo, and add modding, they won't need to leave Denuvo out and they've had a tendency to use it recently.

The deepest thing mgsv has is infinite heaven that adds in new enemies, some patrols, difficulty tweaks, and some side Ops. Skyrim has entirely new frameworks built into the game to allow new gameplay concepts and mechanics, like all the porn mods, the OSA shit that is practically an event maker, entirely new dodge mechanics, as well as FNIS which lets you add in thousands of new animations to create entirely new combat animations, immersion animations, etc,etc, etc, and a litany of other shit i'm forgetting about. That's not even mentioning the mountains of armors, weapons, and other shit skyrim, oblivion, morrowind, even fucking fallout 4 has, which MGSV can't have because of the nature of how restrictive it is. You can't even make new armors or slots in mgsv, just model changes of existing armors. How retarded are you to actually try and argue mgsv goes as in depth with modding as skyrim. ASOIAF is a decent medieval fantasy series. keyword decent. Calling GURRRRM the tolkien of our times is sacrilege, considering his writing is heavily flawed.

Anyway, ASOIAF is worth reading if you're bored, but its not a must-read. I give GURRRM a solid 7/10 passable grade, but it is NOT good. It suffers a lot from GURRMs self-inserting, shock value garbage, and liberal agenda here and there.
