I do, haven't run into any blocks so far but it does add quite a lot of latency, about 40 ms.
I have been thinking about using more fine traffic control to just simply not use the VPN for connections to gameservers but then I think that it could open me up to outbound traffic using these rules to circumvent the VPN.

Police is not unwilling. On the contrary, law enforcement just cannot implement the technology fully, because neither providers, nor country doesn't have enough money and resources for this shit. So as soon as november kicks in, there will be huge bans of vpn services first, in style of how they banned websites, just plain bans on main ips by all internet providers. The only people speaking out against it are businessmen who use vpns to hide their business talk and money, but their wishes will be granted by government providing them with new censored vpn services, and services that agreed to government terms to ban forbidden websites like Holla Forums and rutracker.
The worst part is traffic collection which will completely kill anonymouty on the internet, and from every user they will collect perfonal information and browsing habbits. As soon as government finds money to fund this shit, and that's a lot of tax payers money to pay up to providers. If they won't blackmail literally every single internet provider in the country though. Then everyone will just have to raise price of the internet connection for everyone.

The law itself has a spin to it. It forbids the use, not just the vpn services themselves. And if you combine that with traffic collection, government will find out about personal VPN services pretty quickly.

Ukraine is Soros/NATO controlled shithole with false flagging larpers and deluded citizen. There's a huge D&C against russians and its certainly not a good place to escape from russia. Baltic countries are a good choice though. Poland especially.
