As far as I can tell as to why there are no good lewd mods, it is due to the lack of a good base to build a good lewd mod. For example, on the list of top adult mods for FO4
on Nexus, it is all texture mods while on the lists for Skyrim and NV you have custom skeletons and animations that allow you to actually do things besides just to have nude
women running around. This allows people a foundation to make stuff like custom quests like establishing and maintaining a porn mag or runing a whore house. As far as I can see, none of these things are
available for FO4.

THere is probably some stuff for FO4 on loverslab that allows you to do shit like that, however, most of the stuff on nexus is what gets around the most.

As far as i can see, yes. Plus in my experience, once you install the unofficial patches and bug fix mods, NV is mostly stable and without the long loading screens of FO4. Only bad thing i can think about NV is that there is no good face texture mod.

Loverslab is nothing if not persistent, but I expect NV to have a greater range of sex mods. I've been checking loverslab for Fallout 4 mods for a few minutes now and outside a few odd things there's nothing that compares of the NV mods.

Plus they're for a game which has a plethora of mods that greatly improve the base game, itself already good, so you can have your cake and eat it too. Not many games get good core gameplay, endless mods, and endless sex mods. Take what you can get because it's the best you'll get.
