8ch allows tor users to post and create threads. Any attempt to systematically provide federal agencies with IP information of is posters, especially in the case that they were getting paid for it, would EXCLUDE the use of tor.

Think about it…. by allowing users to use tor and post to the site, they are saying "you can post completely anonymous for all we care, I have no reason to require you to use your personal IP"
