Just make a list of email addresses, make a copy-paste email with all the stuff you've gathered, and send it to all of them. Some of them are gonna bite. You can also make a big post on Reddit and hope it gets to r/all. It'll spread from there.

I haven't watched or looked at the pastebin. But if you think there's a kid being molested, again, you need to report it to the proper authorities. It's not that hard; you don't need our help. If you have evidence of twitch allowing child molestation to be streamed, then after reporting it to the authorities(FBI, I'd recommend), then go to a news station or something.
