I miss the time when I first experienced and enjoyed TF2 and Terraria, now after 20 minutes I'm done with both of them (And no I'm not starting another character)

==ANY== game?! The absolute maximum I ever achieved was 6 to 7 hours non-stop during a whole night. I only play games for like 1 or 2 hours. For multiplayer games I can't fucking stand more than 2 or 3 matches. (The amount of time each match lasts is irelevant. Even if each lasts 2 hours I will play them. If 3 rounds lasts 10 minutes each, I can't play another one.)

Hours aren't as important compared to skill though.
If someone plays a game for 500 hours and sucks and can't beat all the content/achievements but if someone played 50 hours and have 100% the game and could easily beat the guy with more hours if there's a multiplayer mode, then I'd definitely prefer being a guy with skill over muh hours

I noticed a lot of Holla Forums plays TF2 - and I noticed that in threads other than this one, as well. I have over 3k hours myself. I haven't played in a long time, but it's there.

I have two question: when did you start playing TF2? When did you stop?
I myself started at the spy vs sniper update and I stopped playing at the Meet your Match update. I just couldn't handle how they butchered the game and practically made community servers invisible. I should have stopped long before that, I know. I played the most right after the engineer and mann co updates.

To be fair, famalam, all vidya is basically a waste of time. It's entertaining but you come out of it the other end with absolutely nothing to show for it except maybe for having kept your brain exercised or sharpened your reaction time (which begins to dull with age, I was depressed to find first hand back when CoD4 was out, my brother and I were virtually pros; if I played my younger self today I'd be absolutely fucking annhilated).

I think what you meant to say was Skyrim wasn't a rewarding experience. Isn't it amazing they could shove a bunch of shit into a game and still manage to make the world feel utterly dead? To this day I still can't understand it's success, it's so bland and fucking lifeless.

Play hours aren't really a good gauge of which games you like best since some games take WAY longer to complete than others do.

Tracking in game time is relatively a new feature for me, since i ve been playing games for almost 3 decades, if i could put a clock on all, i'd say 2 -3 entire years, every second, of life spent entirely on games. No regrets

ive got like 1500 hours in dark souls on xbox. sadly this was before xbox started keeping track of time played, so my autism is only for me to know and I don't know its exact amount. its around 1400-1700. I have 1 character that's maxed at 999 hours and my second most played is 300 hours.

I've probably got around 1000 hours in melee

I've got around 1000 hours in rainbow six vegas 2 (on xbox)

I've got around 600 hours in Bad company 2 (on xbox)

I've probably got around 600 in all the stalker games and mods combined

I know someone with over 2000 hours in undertale

My hours in MineCraft are probably over 4,000, mostly from being an admin of a small community server. I miss those days, and now with how cancerous MC has become, I doubt I will ever feel something like that again.

It's a melancholy feeling to go back into my files and look at the old worlds.

Recettear is a Japanese RPG where you play as a shopkeeper who basically hires adventurers to Escort her into dungeons and then sell all that shit to the masses. It's actually a pretty fun game tbh

I have yet to go back the lower levels and make better and cleaner strats, so far i have tried to get better ranks only for a few difficults and my best rank is about #200 something on Exa Difficult
