Am I the only one who would like to see already successful series of games try a different genre on the same IP? Sort of how like how halo also got an rts spin-off (it wasn't great but it was mildly interesting).

Locke and Key game, which would be a mixture of adventure and horror. It would involve using keys and other items you find you find along the way. Goals would be to either contain or seal the demon and get out of the house. Each could be achieved in multiple ways and in some circumstances achieving only one would finish the game.

Right off the bat, Orcs aren't anywhere close to Tolkien Orcs. Most feel like parodies of orcs. Like the cockney accents of the 40K orcs mixed with demented Shrek ogres. Protagonist is bonded with the spirit of the maker of the One Ring. You fight Sauron at the end of the first game. Second game seems to imply you now lead your own group of orcs against Sauron's orcs. There's now female and nigger warriors. Even though no niggers exist on the continent where the LOTR story takes place. And that women at no point in time until the end of the war for the ring were fighting side by side with men.

It's just a lot of little things that pile up and rile people who know the actual lore. There's probably a lot more I'm missing that you could mix in too.

The only notable thing to come out of the games are the numerous deaths in the FMV game. It makes me wish there was a Kikoskia-style LP of it where all of the deaths are shown intentionally.

What would make it good is to not have it revolve around the main cast, but a chaika group of your own. To have multiple chaikas to choose from would be great.
