No, you fucks, nuclear bombs are allowed to be mentioned in Japanese media, however some devs, anime studios, mangaka, publishers, etc. simply choose not to show or mention them out of personal reasons or to simply not cause offense. It's not censorship by law as there are many scenes in various Japanese media that do include mentions of nukes and show them detonating.
