When the current champ calls "new champ", the first poster to claim it is our champ. The first six legal Pokemon suggested once champ has been claimed or "new team" has been called will be the team our champ uses to battle. Suggesters are not to make multiple suggestions for a team unless 15 minutes have passed since their last request, or if the champ specifically asks for re-requests. In the second part of that post, he was quoting - or more popularly known as greentexting or even meme-arrowing - a fragment of a sentence that the person the poster is replying to said in their post. He is not calling it retarded, but quoting what another person said.
In the third and final part, he is saying that the poster that he is replying to will only get weedies as suggestions from him from now on, most likely as punishment and/or retaliation for insulting weedies.

At first glance, Reuniclus might look like it fills all the qualities of a good Assault Vest Pokémon. It's bulky, hits hard, and has a great ability in Regenerator to keep itself healthy. However, Assault Vest still is a good item on it. Why? Because it has no other things it'd rather be doing than using an Assault Vest. By holding an Assault Vest, Reuniclus loses out on three of its least important moves: Calm Mind, Recover, and Trick Room. While Reuniclus can get away with not using these in theory, it really doesn't miss the ability to break through defensive teams, Recover HP on the spot without switching out, and turn the tables on faster offensive teams, respectively. Tacked onto this fortunate case is the fact that, while Regenerator is a fantastic ability for sure, Reuniclus's other ability, Magic Guard, is simply better overall but Regenerator is still good on him so don't worry about it. Lastly, Assault Vest Reuniclus receives competition from Assault Vest Slowking, which has more special bulk as well as important resistances to Fire-, Water-, and Ice-type moves, but Slowking sucks so don't worry about it.

Galvantula is a dedicated lead, forry is bulky enough that sturdy doesn't really matter and slutterfree could change item to something that adds to survivability so it can easily set up and sweep. Change forry to a normal hazards set, make buzzwole some generic bulky AV set and swap rotom to something actually good and you would have an actually legit team. Is forretress still OU?

Ban evasion on Showdown is literally impossible. It's like magic. No matter what you could possibly do, you can't possibly evade it. I know because one of the mods said so, so it must be true.
Are you able to use proxies or VPNs on your tablet? If so, log out of showdown, then clear all cookies on showdown and browser cache (backup your teams, and anything else that might get deleted from clearing your cache). Get on your VPN/proxy, then log in using a different name unrelated to your old name. If you've used the new name with your old, banned IP in the past week or so, it might be banned too, so it's best to go with a new name to be sure.
