I play what I think is fun and enjoyable. If I'm gonna pay money for a game, I want a well-made game with multiplayer that people actually play. That's usually triple A. I liked Hotline Miami 1 and 2 a lot, not sure what those are considered; indie I think.

Every single VR shooter so far is a glorified light gun game, because developer so far has been too dickless to tackle the issue head on. The solution to VR motion sickness is that you put standard stick/wasd movement in VR games, and tell all the weak stomach normal fags to deal with it. If we could have even a couple years of popular VR with standard movement, the issue would go away, because everyone who cared about VR would already by acclimated to it.

The fact that it doesn't use some teleporting bullshit instantly puts it leagues above every other VR shooter out there. You know the PC exclusive ecosystem it fucked when Sony are the ones who have to make the push to get technology moving.

You can play any 2D game in VR just fine, they're just 2D, or if some madman wanted to support it, layered 3D. VR is just a display device, not something that dictates how games must be made or played. Yes, you get the most out of it with 3D games that are specifically tailored to VR, but that doesn't automatically invalidate every other type of game.

am i easily impressed Holla Forums? i've been enjoying the PSVR quite a bit recently feeling like i could easily get lost in the envireoments of the games for it. I played PSWorlds The Heist and on the mission where you have an uzi in the car i got so into it that i actually moved just outside the window of the in-game car with the headset and then IRL i hopped on the arm rest of my sofa i was sitting on so i could feel like i was sitting balancing on the in-game car window as i was shooting down enemies and enemy cars. it felt incredible and it made me want to literally reach out my real arms and grab the top of the car as it was driving, and i couldn't stop smiling. What bittered all of you about VR, Holla Forums? if console VR can feel awesome, just think about actual PC VR tech in future. i havent tried the Vive yet so i can't comment on it
