The fucking problem is that they can't actually shut them down. For starters they are a lot cleaner than coal, which is the thing that would be used to replace nuclear in most cases.
There are few power sources that can replace nuclear in reliability and availability in the correct locations. Nuclear has its issues, but its probably better than any competing energy source with the same ability to continiously produce a stable amount of energy.

The problems we are facing today is that those old nuclear facilities can't be shut down because we need the power source, but faggots block the creation of new powerplants based on safer designs and suddenly we are constantly giving the old powerplants an extention on their lifespan. Increasing their chance on catastrophic failure by a lot.

Remove coal plants, remove old powerplants, but build some new ones for fucks sake. Nuclear is really fucking clean compared to many of the other power sources, and the green sources are currently not yet able to produce enough energy and have a stable enough output.
And even if they did. The amount of stable energy nuclear produces compared to its size and how little it is influenced by anything would make it, in my opinion, irrisponsible to not develop it further. There isn't exactly another power source that would have had a chance to survive that sunami. Nuclear almost did and more modern nuclear would have had a much safer failure mode.

Stop forcing us to keep old nuke plants open.

Nuclear has cleaner nuclear fuels than uranium available like thorium (which has the added bonus of not blowing up), but uranium is kept because it is great for producing nukes and thus it is much more profitable.

It's pretty much NBA Jam with more controls, a roulette power up system, character leveling, unlockable courts and a bigger roster. My one gripe with the game is there isn't any silly secret characters like Jam, at least from what I've unlocked so far. Also the game just has the bare essentials, but the devs have a lot more planned for it in the coming months, so I'd wait to see how it turns out. Only reason I bought it now because the Canadian price on steam is fuck up so it's basically a pretty decent discount.

A budget to medium sized budget is likely more applicable to most people vs a 10 grand supahdupah pc, and fits within the scope.

- Freedom. Here is where it gets tricky. Up until a few years ago, I was the last few who did not put Steam on my computer. I was the last few diehard of mostly pc among my friends.
