they explicit hang out around sausens and ogres it seems, i haven't had many issues with them because apparently lancia valks are nearly invincible (im sure there not, but im pretty sure im the only person on the server who bothered to level and gear valk high enough to be "threatening")

besides why would you want to be playing with their shitty server locations
you either have EU (apparently in Russia) or BR (closer to america but no one speaks english)

Phantasy Star Online 2, hands down. The character creator tops Black Desert Online, and BDO comes nowhere near PSO2 in terms of dress up. It also has the bonus of being a somewhat entertaining game, albeit insanely repetitive and with drop rates that make the original game's rates seem generous.

BO is absolute fucking shit, you can find more customization in fucking GW 2 or WoW. The character creator is fucking limited as in you can't make a certain class have the face of another, and even the stock faces look 100 times better than people shit out.

If OP wants customization with lewd clothing then PSO 2 would be his best bet.
