does anyone know anything about mod cleaning for skyrim?
i got loot and a bunch of mods are saying shit like
so i looked up mod cleaner and all i see are pages and pages of guides and how-tos and other bullshit like that. i don't want to "learn" about mod cleaning. can't i just download modcleaner.exe, run it, and be done with it?

Just let BOSS sort your mods and leave it at that, it'll probably still work. The dirty edit notice is just an FYI and typically means nothing to the end user.
You only need to fuck with TES5Edit if you absolutely positively must have a certain set of mods that you refuse to give up instead of just disabling the ones that cause problems.
Just clean the official .esps and you should be fine.
Also look at the pcgamingwiki for fixes and son mandatory mods.

The BOSS masterlists haven't been updated in a few years (so no mods made in the last few years will get sorted properly). It's been superseded by LOOT.
If you're having a hard time with it you're a retard. You just select the file from your load order that you want to clean when TES5Edit loads, (right-click) Apply Filter for Cleaning, (right-click) Delete Same as Master File, (right-click) Undelete Disable References, exit and save. That is. Also most mods are already cleaned. There are few exceptions but read the mod description first.
The real issue are the master files created by Bethesda. They have to be cleaned because they are filled of dirty references that give a lot of mods problems. Don't clean the Skyrim.ESM, but all of the other need it. If for some reason you're really lazy try and get them from someone that's already cleaned them. Or don't be lazy and spend 5 minutes doing it yourself.

Well good relies on what their looking for. If they want amazing animations and physics they should probably assume they're not going to find it in a Bethesda title, mods or not. Haven't used in a good while so the options might be different, but:
1. Run TES5Edit
2. Right click mod list and pick Select None.
3. Select only the mod to clean and hit OK.
4. Wait till it says background loader finished.
5 Right click mod to clean on left list and select Apply filter for cleaning, wait till done.
6.Right click mod again and pick Remove Identical to Master Records, wait till done.
7. Right click mod again and pick Undelete and Disable References.
8. Close program and let it save the mod you cleaned.

It's all but confirmed at this point. Or rather, if you were around in 2010 and leading up to the release of Skyrim, you couldn't go anywhere Oblivion-related without discussion forums being about making sexy characters and then those discussions would assuredly lead to what sex mods people had. Oblivion's modding scene set the standard for the most amount of customization in any single-player RPG and still to this day surpasses Skyrim in a multitude of ways. And one of the ways it simultaneously impressed and horrified people was how much depth its porn modding scene was, and in a way still is.
It's too bad that Holla Forums archiving didn't start until after Skyrim came out because in 2010 and leading to the release of Skyrim there were tons of Oblivion General threads that had their own banners and everything. The release of Skyrim killed Oblivion General threads in one fell swoop and a couple of months later Skyrim and LoL generals pushed the creation of /vg/. But I digress, I bring up all of that because I wish I could not just show people what Oblivion generals were like but mine them for lost pieces of information, including in-depth speculation as to what the Skyrim engine was like when the game got leaked.
It's all but absolutely certain that Todd and the rest of Bethesda knows exactly that TES exists primarily as a platform for ero-RPG modding and action-RPGs second and the biggest piece of evidence was something discussed when Skyrim got leaked and eager modders were aching to know what they would be dealing with. The first clue was that despite Skyrim having very high graphical capability that wasn't being taken advantage of, its animations were lackluster, lousy, and even limited by capability. The second was how scripts were handled and that meant that running simultaneous scripts that allowed players in Oblivion to run multiple ero-mod suites at once could not easily happen in Skyrim, which was famously and still is so for being even more sensitive than Oblivion. Then when the modding kit got released, perceptions remained unchanged and the joke that Bethesda pre-emptively handicapped modding capability of its own engine became a real and understood attitude and the most likely culprit for why was ero-modding. The modding community gained a sense of blue balls that only recently have they recovered from.

The best we have is jury rigging the idle animation into playing different animations, and there's only so much you can do with that. I would switch to Oblivion, but I really like bodyslide, and I haven't really found anything for it related to my fetishes, like I have for Skyrim.

You don't really have to switch to Oblivion. Oblivion is worth a trip and contrary to what the tesgeneral website says, it's not difficult to set up. In fact, you have to laugh that the splash screen before it actually gets to the guide is a somewhat long introduction page for retards. Then you click the Oblivion guide and it just gives you everything and calls it hard. Even tweaking the game isn't an issue since nexus has all of the small fixes you'll need like toggable quantities added to item stacks, keyrings, and so on.
All of the fixes needed to safeguard your game are well-known and are basically the same type you need for setting up Skyrim. As for fetishes, Oblivion still exceeds Skyrim in that regard but Skyrim to its credit is getting there. Most of the mods that Skyrim has right now are either a lite version of what Oblivion had, a copy-paste of what Oblivion had, or in some cases a watered down version of what Oblivion had. What I like the most in Skyrim is that it tries awfully hard to at least play with what fetishes are established with what little animations it has and that's the area that Oblivion stopped before getting into. For every major ero-mod in Oblivion, there's like a dozen small ones in Skyrim that compliment each other (at least the ones that don't conflict because there's a lot of those). There's a gorillion sex animations in Oblivion including at least one animation for every vanilla creature and up to a dozen for the popular monsters. Admittedly some of them are barebones (legacy animations from the early days) but some of them are actually really good.
In-game body sliders didn't exist back in the Oblivion days but we had a really nice tool called Setbody. Some absolute madman took every popular body type from japanese, english, and russian mod communities and put them into a spell-summoned list that changed your body to any of the ones you wanted and the best part was that you could mix & match upper and lower body shapes. As a bonus you had setbody auto which changed the nude mesh for every NPC into a random body. Sure it could lead to a random malnourished village woman somehow sprouting into a BBW once you remove her clothes, but it kept things interesting.

Breat expansion would require changing the mesh for your body so yes, but don't expect an animation for them growing. Just a swap between meshes. Though I'm way out of touch with the Skyrim scene and am stuck with oblivion so there probably is something to that effect in Skyrim.

It's not to hard in Oblivion. It's just that the actual mods tend to fuck your game data up progressively the more children there are in the games world. It's a gamble as far as I know. Which isn't very much to be fair.
