>>>Holla Forums

This is Holla Forums.

As long as the thread has anything remotely Holla Forums related then anything goes, tbh.

Yes

Yes, 100%.

Losers have an endearing quality to them: people root for the underdog, as long as they're honest men who can look into themselves and admit they're equally flawed. NuGhostbusters can't even win you by sympathy, it's so bad at losing you instinctively steer clear of all the shit and thorns it projects around itself.

I watched it on fast forward, just to assess the damage. There was a scene that left me speechless, for the utter unintelligence of it. Now, making something stupid is an active process, it takes energy to mess things up and sometimes that's even fun: this one wasn't the case, it was a cold and depressing lack of ability.

They meet a young museum creator and ask him whether it's the Dr. Smith they contacted via phone. But the guy replies: 'what do you mean, Dr. Smith actually died last year!'. Which is the classic setup for a ghost story… or so it would have been if the writers knew anything about them. Because immediately afterwards, Dr. Smith shows up and says 'nope, that's actually me and I'm alive and well'. It was soul crushing to realize that THAT was supposed to be a gag.

I only remember Thor dancing and he spinned around BUT HIS HEAD DIDN'T OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

>>>/a/

For all its problems, it was a better Star Wars film than TLJ

Man, watching that get hyped insanely and then crash and burn was almost as much fun as election night.

and received very little flack for doing so

All memes asside it was a pretty solid comedy. Girls are funny get over it.

/a/ actually banned fartposting years ago.

That sounds dire.

???

I saw it and it was even worse than I expected it to be.

And it was hilarious

my nigger

The "joke" is supposed to be that it's Dr Smith's son, who also is a doctor.

Fuck, this film was awful. Every male in the film is either a loser, a bastard or a retard, or a combination of the three. If nuGhostbusters was re-made reversing every sex role in this film, it would be completely banned for it's sexism. You can feel the HATE the people behind this film have for men.

On a side note, they kill the final boss, a bad copy of marshmallow man by shooting him in the dick.
I am dead serious.

Why do mentally ill people think that telling 90% of your audience to fuck off while appealing to people that don't even watch movies is a sound business model?

"we dropped civics"

and a roastie appears.

yes but no more than anything marvel or dc has made that gets eaten up

Where's the porn of the one on the far right again?
Also it was unironically worth it for Lesley Williams becoming a lolcow

Yes, it deserve it and you can thank Paul Feig for that. He deserves to rot in movie jail.

Don't sully Dude Where's My Car like that.

No surprises there

It got less hate than it deserved, fam. The cast and production crew are not in a gulag.

That webm still cracks me up

That movie delivered all it's promises.
