Fast Racing Neo is a solid F-Zeroesque racer.
Starfox Zero could have been the best Starfox game if it weren't for the awkward controls. I don't know if emulation fixes that problem at all.

Dong Freeze and Hyrule Warriors if you've got a friend to play the shitty co-op modes with, easily the most fun I've had with the console. Definitely don't skip out on Zelda either whenever the Cemu jews get around to making it work.

An emulator isn't illegal as long as it doesn't contain copyrighted code, such as BIOS. As far as I know, Cemu does not.
