Quality has been up and down with hints of something beyond the flavor of the month. It's Trigger so it is a bunch of old Gainex guys that worked on Eva but without Anno's autism fucking everything up. 02 is wifebait but they are hinting that there is something really disgusting about her. There are elements of Cuckqueaning. The mecha design seems kind of childish, but it is excellent at conveying emotion, lwl.
It is almost half way through and I have only had one episode I found tedious. They are building towards something and I am curious what the payoff will be. How they handle the last part of the first half and the second act will decide if it is remembered as a good or a great anime.

I like Gin no Saji (Silver Spoon). It’s about a guy who goes to agricultural high school and learns about animal husbandry. Very enjoyable and suitable for all ages.
I also like Prison School which is about some young guys who get put in the school prison by the girls’ underground student council. Apparently taken from a true story. (Joke)

The whole series is great. I think they are all up on youtube. I saw them last year when I was dicking around.
Gin no Saji is actually pretty decent. It is by Hiromu Arakawa, the mangka who wrote Fullmetal Alchemist. Prison School was pretty entertaining at first but the manga ground to shit during the last story arc. The anime is alright if you are interested in anime tiddies and weirdness, but avoid the dub like the plague. Funimation let some faggot do the translation and he wholesale changed parts of the story to shoehorn in retarded political commentary.
