Terraria is actually pretty cpu intensive. It lags when there's lots of action even on my Sandy bridge i5.

Warband should run on Pentium 4. The lack of GPU is a problem though. I ran it on 2,1 GHz Pentium 4 with HD3650 and it ran fine.
