Nier Automata was one of the primary reasons I went and bought a PS4 again. Love Bayonetta. Nier demo comes out and you're jerking off to it. Try the demo myself and it's the biggest pile of shit ever. LETS HOLD SHOULDER BUTTON TO FIRE PELLETS ALL DAY, HOW FUN. A bat within type move that only ends up getting you hit by the bosses huge fucking arm because there's no bullet time. And that's not even counting the shit that's detailed in Grimorie Nier.

I don't recall any source mentioning whether Replicants are android-like, but I imagine that they'd be organic if they were intended to become bona-fide humans once again when Grimoire Weiss and Grimoire Noir fuse and force Gestalts to return to their Replicants.

Then again, Popola and Devola were very human-like and indistinguishable from other Replicants, which makes me question it further.
