I imagine it must suck for artists/animators who work hard to become talented and then they work on shows that outsource their labor to Korea and all the characters have bean heads with geometric features and no depth while standing at 3/4 angle the entire time. Contrast to anime where maybe the movement is stiff but at least they're standing in a space that has depth and can change the camera angle.

The first half of 12 oz mouse was better than the second. The show was at its peak while it was just rapid-fire shitting out ridiculous plot hooks and mystery, and ultimately it disappointed when it tried to go back and actually combine them into some cohesive conspiracy. I think it would have been better to just let all the plot threads hang while continually piling on new ones. The fun of the show is how stupidly paranoid and nonsensical it is, there's no need to justify any of it.
