Is Postal 1 fun? I heard these games have shit gameplay but maybe I heard wrong.

It's pretty good. Postal 2 is the better game, but P1 is still fun.

They did in redux. I don't know for the original, there was a control update a while ago so maybe.

The mouse cursor just spins around your body in the original but plays fine with a controller, more like a twin stick shooter. Redux definitely feels better with a mouse than the original, I like that you know by the cursor if you actually have line of sight too.

Postal 1 feels better than the FPS view of Postal 2

I bought Postal Redux and I haven't heard anything of it since release and they were mixed things but it was less than $2 and the devs are cool along with the fact I'm extremely Jewish with what I buy on Steam, did I make a mistake.

Play Redux if you want that. I think its around a few bucks on Steam or whatever, worth the money and the co-op stuff is pretty great too.

How about you play it and decide for yourself, user? You already bought it.

It'a a real good remake of the original, with much better controls and looks. Wish they'd kept the old ending, but the new one makes more sense in the story.

Has anyone actually tried compiling it?
