In the entire franchise? Thats questionable, I think in order to compare the games their belt levels need to be calibrated so that relative comparisons can be made.
For example, say you have one game where only 1 character has a belt on, and you have another, like X where one character has 10 belts and at least 2 other characters have 1 each, it wouldn't be fair to say that because the characters who all have 1 belt are necessarily the same because in one game they would be the only person with the belt and therefore be the most authoritative in their own game.

Funnily enough she never appeared in any cutscenes that involved complex running animations. Her design was so shit and difficult to animate that they just left her out. Other times the developers would just show her from the waist up or from behind. It was an objectively terrible design

Best combat pve. PVP is okay. Story is fun. Lots of grind and if you don't want to wait mouths to get top gear you will be spending lots of money.

And looking through some official models of cloud, the fake hand is consistent, and it's only in low poly models that it just looks like armor. Yeah, it's a prosthetic, you don't need something to tell you what your eyes can see.
