Like most anti-cheat programs, it probably looks for unauthorized access/modification to memory. What's more, I'd assume that blizzard has some clause in their EULA that allows them to scan fairly deep into your system, so it isn't as laughably easy to bypass as VAC, especially since they can also ban by MAC address, IP, and geolocation. What's more, it's also possible that Blizzard has some sort of middleware that detects cheats based on heuristics. I'd bet my kidney that there are undetected cheats for overwatch, but they'll probably cost you a pretty penny. Of course, you could also
stop being a human trashcan and git gud faggot.
